They arent one of the 4 best teams but they also lost their best player to a traumatic injury. Not really gonna see if they belonged based on today.
Though if there no possible way for most of the teams to win the title then they should play in a different division.
LSU was missing over half their defensive starters due to injury also.
Made for a great game though.
UCF had a great season. Would have backed them to win out if McKenzie didn't get injured. Calls for a legitimate playoff still stand.

I had a kid look at me funny yesterday because I told him I was suspending him for a tournament today after he’d missed 3 straight days of practice. Some of them just don’t get it.
Spot on, though I'm of the mindset that a college athlete should never be penalized for transferring, even more so in situations where the head coach or position coach or recruiter departs (does not apply to Fields of course).
