Quite a strong first half performance from Miami in game 3. Unlike the two previous matches in the series, the fringe players like Haslem are actively contributing to the Heat offense today. The pressurizing defensive setup also looks very sound in negating Indiana's productivity, although West and Hibbert are still having a considerable impact.

Great game from Miami.

I expect Indiana to come back and play with more intensity in game 4.

Great game. Expect it to be 2-2 in a couple of days, and we're down to best-of-3!

Great series this.

EDIT: You didn't say great series ha_rooney.

Yeah, it has been a great series.

I hadn't watched much of the Pacers going into this series, but they've been very impressive. Last night I thought Miami played with more speed and intensity than in the first 2 games and the Pacers couldn't deal with it.

Game 4 should be closer and, hopefully, Indiana can level the series. However, I think Miami will take the East in 6.

I know there's a way to go in the East but a Miami vs San Antonio Finals matchup would be pretty epic.

If Indiana takes Miami to 6 games I'll be pleased, that's a much better result that I would have expected at the beginning of the playoffs. If we can win this next one we can salvage the game 3 meltdown and give us some confidence in building for next season.

I'm sad to say I don't think the Spurs have a prayer, too old everywhere to keep up with the most athletic team in the league.

It really would be.

I can see San Antonio stealing one game off Miami, but the Heat have too many weapons for Spurs to deal with. Miami to sweep, but no way do they lose more than one game.

No one watched the short conference finals in the West?

Oh well. Memphis met their match in the Spurs. 2 games went to overtime, where the Spurs 's experience saw them through. Memphis' lack of offensive threat outside the big 2 and Conley came back to bite them in the ass.

That shot clock call could have just killed the Pacers entire fecking series, ridiculous call.

Stern would be getting a little bit nervous right now. An San Antonio vs Indiana finals would be a disaster for the NBA rating wise. Would cost them a lost of money.

No consistent offense full stop. Gasol and Z-Bo were AWOL.

Considering he invested so much in tonight's refereeing, I don't think so.

Miami will win in 6 or 7

This will not be easy for Miami. Wade and Ray Allen are washed up now. Lebron has to do a lot.

I am not one who keeps complaining about dives and flopping but still don't people find this embarrassing?

I kind of like lebron...he is a great player but seriously this is a bit embarrassing.

 at both of them.

Miami are still the slight favourites for me, but if Indiana can win game 5, I think they'll take the series.

I really would like Brian Shaw to be the coach of the lakers. I think he'll make a great head coach. Unfortunately, Jimmy Buss has an undying love for D'Antoni so it's unlikely to happen.

Lebron wins. He fell on the ground. But nice try West.
