The starting team is similar for most of the game.If Carney in goal (he was vs. Barca) then Carney - Mambuene,Laird - Garner,Greenwood.If Garner in goal (like vs. Frankfurt) then Garner - Smethurst,Mambuene - Laird,Greenwood.So we always have one defender up top which confuses me.
Won 1-0 vs. Milan with a last minute Mambuene goal so they will proceed to the quarter final.
Thanks, I thought we scored earlier against Milan, but it wasn't in the eyes of the referee. Who scored against Frankfurt?
Greenwood (pen) and Laird.Yeah should be 2-0 with that own goal.
They will play Dinamo Zagreb in the quarter final who topped a very tough group D.

Lost 1-2 to Schalke after a Greenwood goal after 14 sec. Same starting team, Mambuene send off for 2 mins. Didn't concede, but under a lot of pressure from then.

Lost on penalties, missed the starting team. Laird scored first. Game ended 1-1. Mambuene sent off again. Greenwood, Cessay missed, Laird and Mambuene scored. Elanga missed the last one.
watched all the games on @khoazany channel, number 8 is a future favorite, how old is he? Number 9 and number 4 also look good....

He's born in 2002 so playing up a year.Same with number 2,3 and 9.Don't think he has shown much of his abilities in this tournament (didn't play much mind).He's the number 10 on this tournament:

It was the same starting team as the other games where Garner played in goals. I knew about Greenwood, Haygarth and Laird so not surprising to see them doing well but was impressed with Smethurst, Mambuene and Elanga. Some things didn't come off for Elanga but some of the things he tried were very good, I thought he looked really sharp and absolutely rapid which should transfer well to 11 a side. Its not surprising that this group of players often give other teams a hammering considering they have a lot of technical ability along with a lot of pace in the team
