I dont think we need to sell Veron, Barthez should go cos we can get someone better than him. Veron is top class tho.

Liv, said that she prefer's english players... she then said that she wouldn't mind having Kewell in the team. I said, well....he's an Aussie. She said he's got an english name..basically she rather have players in the United team with 'english' names.

Well i found out those Kewell remarks were a joke, coz she said she was messing in the Veron thread.

Would you like to find that thread, because I'd be very surprised if I hadn't put a wink smiley in there.

I'm not denying I like to see homegrown players in the team - but if we were getting Raul I'd be ecstatic. And I think Queresma would be a good buy as well. In the main though, I prefer to buy cheap and turn them into stars because I have more of a sense of pride in that.

If I've given the impression that I don't like foreign players then I apologise - but I think too much has been made of my comments when you consider who my favourite players have been over the past few years.

And maybe I'm touchy because I actually hate racism with a passion.

tell u what is barthez does leave which i think he may, we would need a bloody good keeper, cant say im impressed with many in the premiership rite now, but i wouldnt mind blackburns keeper, christ whats his name?
 
i read somthing about young Phil Neville not being happy with Fergie and may need to find a new club.I dnt think he's the most gifted player we have but i like the way he fights in the midfield and he's a true United man.I like him over his brother.
 
Chadwick might go to Reading if they get promoted.

Barthez might go.

Beckham is still a doubt.

Phil Neville will probably go to Middlesbrough, after all Steve McClaren wanted him last season.
