I've never watched that Ole post sacking interview. Even saying it sounds fecked up. Post sacking interview, wtf is up with our club?

Ole wanted to do it because he wanted the fans to know it was his decision, that there are no hard feelings and more importantly the truth behind what was happening.
He didnt want to do it with the external media as they will just twist it as usual.
Yeah literally like some sort of ISIS thing where they interview the person before ending them, a little bit twisted!
My own personal favorite, and maybe I dreamt or hallucinated this, was Phil Jones thanking a local pie shop and used the term ‘the missus’ in doing so…if anyone can find this or knows what I’m on about I’ll be very grateful to you!
Ole wanted to do it to play on the fans' heartstrings and portray his stint as somewhat successful.
I was gonna say - guy's a good actor. Everyone else though ...
He didn't want to be sacked and exit out of the back door. Doing that interview was his chance to thank the fans and all the staff at the club that had supported him. Yes it's a bit strange but I didn't find it to be that big of a deal.
