e.g First turn - sell van Hanegem 75 and Stielike 55. So reinforcement budget is now 75+55+60 (the extra fund per reinforcement round) = 190. So you would have 190 to spend on two players. You must however draft two players to make your squad equal 12 by the end of the round.

Obviously you could just sell one player per pick round too (maybe because you want to see what others are up to) but it should give some more flexibility.

For the reinforcements for the QF, SF and final you can have a maximum pick of two players.

Didn't realize this before, but can we free up reinforcements to add more flexibility for the managers?

The team size of 12 and extra budget for the round remains common but take out the two player restrictions.

For example in QF, one manager might choose to upgrade one player with all the money (selling a 30m player and buying a 70m player). Another may choose to upgrade 4 different 40m players to 50m players.

In a draft like this a 2 player reinforcement limit doesn't make sense. As long as everyone has same budget and same team size how they use it should be flexible (just like initial drafting).

After some discussion I think increasing the limited to 3 players per round would add flexibility without making to drawn out. It would also mean that at least 2 players from the initial drafting would be in the final so the teams aren't entirely different.

And yes, funds can be carried over to the next round. I think I clarify that later in the OP when I state the budgets for each round.

The total increase in budget will be 40m for the QF, 50m for the SF and 60m for the final. So your budget for the QF will be 640m, for the SF it will be 690m and for the Final it will be 750m. You can also sell players.

You can sell two (or even 3) players and draft one in a single turn and then draft a second player (with no sales) on your second turn. Essentially player sales are a free action. This should allow a better use of the budget.

Players drafted from defeated managers are available as are previously undrafted players. Also players sold by drafters in the reinforcement round will be available for drafting but only in subsequent reinforcement rounds. For example, if I sell Godin in the QF reinforcement round no other drafter can pick him in that round of drafting, however he would be available to draft in the reinforcements for the SF.

Reinforcements will be a reverse snake for QF, original snake for SF and reverse snake for the Final.

You must always have a minimum of 12 players in your squad by the end of the drafting or reinforcement stages.

As a neutral, I would love to see a minimal budget of 20-30 mn extra for each reinforcement round so you can upgrade, but just by a notch.
