Just trying to have a good mix of places to visit when I go to the states
Our 5 through 9 batters today are averaging .184 at the plate. Abysmal.
Like I said earlier this Yankees team is pretty great

I mean, let's not get carried away. The market for a 37 yo who batted a combined .203 the last 3 years with 13 home runs and 254 K's in 763 at bats is not huge.

Seems like loads of teams are doing this recently. Nats had dee strange Gordon pitching a few weeks back. Cards had Pujols on the mound.

Nasty storm. Just came through WI. Missed us fortunately, but areas just a few mile away got hammered by wind/hail.
Pitching out of the bullpen is very specialized now teams don't like having to use pitchers and showcase their pitches (movement, arm slot, speed, timing, etc.) against live hitters anymore than they don't have to.
Two OF errors in the same inning are going to cost us this game.

Used the Covid IL as an excuse to take out Severino for one day - who was due to pitch - in a bid to psyche out the Rays and brought in a pitcher they weren't familiar with to throw them off.
If it weren't so nefarious I'd call it ingenious.
How about dem Yankees though, totally out of hand at the moment.
That’s just ridiculous really. They have the best record in the league and had already won the series so this is just make believe stuff
