Rathbone's performances remind me of Pearson's from a couple of years ago. Quick-footed and prolific.
Won the final after penalties. No goals apart from that.
At least something to cheer today if that Yeovil match went badly eh.
No surprise this less physical format suiting Rathbone. Technically he always seem pretty good.
Pereira saved 3 penalties from Stuttgart!
Joe Riley won Player of the tournament.
With the caveat that I only saw four and a half games, that seems like a strange decision.
He did have some good moments plus it's hard to pick out a real outstanding player from our side.
I'd have 3 or 4 of our players ahead of him to be honest

I've already the same question on Saturday
Normally in these tournaments the teams are given a team liason who speaks the local language so id say thats who she is
Yeah i know. On Fenerbahce's bench was blonde girl too in a Fenerbahce shirt.
But it's not the first time i've seen her. Maybe she was already with the team last year at the tournament in Sindelfingen.

Especially the part "However, then we slackened off and, after Fenerbahce had already been beaten by six, we didn't start with the right intensity and focus."
The team has learned their lesson and they have played totally different against Hoffenheim (3-1) and Grasshoppers Zürich (6-0).
The first match against Grasshoppers Zürich was also a very important lesson for our success in the tournament......they've seen it can go so fast with goals at indoor football
