Fairly straightforward, isn't it?I'm still confused. Bayern wanted loan or loan with obligation, but not loan with option?

Ridiculous tbhI'm still confused. Bayern wanted loan or loan with obligation, but not loan with option?
It's a loan with no obligation to buy, so exactly what we wanted. What is happening to our club, I think people need to start moving into panic mode, we're on path to be relegated and our ownership is content with the squad and letting our managers targets go to our rivals.
As has been said multiple times now, United wanted a loan with an option to buy. Bayern was only entertaining offers for a pure loan, a loan with an obligation to buy, or a straight sale. Hence United's offer was refused. Nothing weird about it.this makes no sense? so they turned down our loan but accepted one to spurs now? like what?
guessing we wanted an option to buy
We wanted him with a buy option. There's no point at all for us to loan a 19 year old project and send him back to Bayern in five monthswhat a monumental feck up, we obviously wanted him on loan without obligation?
A defeat really brings out some really rubbish postsThis season is a totall and utter write off. We may as well save the money and give some young players a go and try to win the EL and FA cup and plan like feck for the next two years to eventually build a squad robust and hungry enough to compete in the league. It's not the manager running the club anymore, we as fans have to get used to it. Most of what's going on is going to be out of his control ultimately. This is thinking longer term hopefully which is what we all wanted so we need to develop players in house and mostly not miss out on your Cacideos, Avarez, Haalands anymore and then still have big money ready for when perfect opportunities arise for players in their prime in the future. Like Kane etc.
all this various damage limitation and compromise in crisis after crisis giving under fire managers some of what they need for their preferred system from window to window is what has us where we are. Shite loans from smaller clubs than us that never work out. Work with that so. Tragically I also really don't see us going for another back 5 coach if RA doesn't work out but at least Dorgu looks like he can slot in all over the pitch and will at least be a valuable squad player whatever happens. That's where we are at now. Limbo.
we wanted a loan with an option to buy - Journalists were saying we had no plan on short term fixes etc if there was no future for the playerwhat a monumental feck up, we obviously wanted him on loan without obligation?
If we'd done as i suggested seconds before I saw that tweet he'd be coming here. Stupid from us as per.Very curious what was wrong with our offer
A defeat really brings out some really rubbish posts
I don't get the confusion. It makes total sense from Bayern point of view.I'm still confused. Bayern wanted loan or loan with obligation, but not loan with option?
And he wanted United it seemed.I don't know, ask the United bosses. Unless those tweets that were just posted are somehow nonsense, Bayern were clearly open to a pure loan.
I am seriously confused as why people don't understand Bayern's approach.Fairly straightforward, isn't it?

Yeah I don't see how people think Spurs are winners in this. They've been humiliated more than anyone in thisIs he actually going spurs? I don’t know who looks worse here him or spurs. If I was spurs I’d be saying no, you’ve had your chance. Only reason he’s joining them is because he can’t come to us.
NopeWe wanted to buy him
We wanted to buy him
Not what I meant... he's playing like a person who knows he doesn't have to try, because he's way too good for the league. It's not the effort, it's more like he's playing with the opposition. You want another striker who "doesn't try 100%"?
Highly doubt we wouldn't have agreed to a straight loan if they were open to it after loaning out 2 forwards already and expecting them back after the seasonwe wanted a loan with an option to buy - Journalists were saying we had no plan on short term fixes etc if there was no future for the player
Absolutely. But we’ve also been done over by Bayern. There letting him go on loan with no obligation to buy yet that’s what they wanted from usYeah I don't see how people think Spurs are winners in this. They've been humiliated more than anyone in this
The lad is 19 years old, has only 16 career goals. And hasn't scored since May 2024. 9 months ago.'Best in class'
Outmanouvered by fecking Spurs after they were rejected initially...
Bravo INEOS
Read up before postingTo Tottenham straight loan and NO buy option clause
So Tottenham finalised with the same terms that we wanted but Bayern refused as reports mentioned
3 options : either reliable journalists have lied or Bayern hate us or Glazers = INEOS
Tottenham made an obligation to buy for more than Bayern ever imagined they'd command.Did we? Since when? It was Tottenham who made the offer to buy him outright.
Incoming brace in his debut for Spurs against... (checks notes) United!Ready for everyone to have a fit when he tears it up at spurs.
It's not. We wanted an option, they didn't. That's all there is to itAbsolutely. But we’ve also been done over by Bayern. There letting him go on loan with no obligation to buy yet that’s what they wanted from us

Sorry I meant we wanted to loan with option to buy . Spurs were ok with a straight loanNope
Nah. They wanted an obligation to buy we didn’t.It's not. We wanted an option, they didn't. That's all there is to it

Agree, it just doesn't make sense.Yeah right, the idea that we'd have said no to a straight loan is daft. We're desperate.
