I think he should be allowed to play at the weekend.
My thoughts are nothing to do with him being in my fantasy football team and them having a plum fixture.
 
It's physical assault, plain and simple. Not a reckless challenge, dissent or anything like that. Evidence is all on camera. He'd be lucky if it's not reported to police. If a fan did that, they would be prosecuted and likely a lifetime ban. The severity of the assault isn't the issue, it's the act itself.

That said, I'd expect a 6 match ban. He was probably miserable at Wolves and wanted an extended Xmas break with the family.

Bentancur was punished according to the rules of the game (whether they're right or wrong), those same rules state violent conduct is a 3 game ban, unless perhaps it's really horrific. Are you the bloke with the glasses?
 
Would be great in one of the 10 positions. Reminds me a bit of Dembele (Fulham/Spurs) in how he carries the ball and the strength he shows on it. Him and Amad as 10s would be a good fit.

Bruno would need to drop deeper though, think that suits him better anyway in this formation.
 
Good dribbler but not sure he's creative enough for one of our 10 positions.

Bruno doesn't have a place in Amorim's system. He can't dribble, has no physicality and can't play on the half turn.

Been saying it Bruno can only play in an isolated 10 role with wingers to support.

Cunha isn't necessarily a better player overall than Fernandes but assessing the feasibility for playing on the left in a 10, Cunha gets the nod every day of the week.

Got two options

Swap his talent and fitness for big wages at United or get big wages and keep his talent and fitness at another big club.

There were strong rumours 2 years ago that we are buying him. Instead we bought Antony.
It was easy transfer back then. He was bench player in Atletico, wanted to leave and Atletico willing to sell.

Edit: just read some old comments about him. Funny shit.
 
Sad that the best attacking player in the two teams plays for the lowly opposition not the big spending Manchester United.

Running circles around us. The only way we get near him is when we foul him.

Yea , it can’t really turn out much worse. Been a fan since his ridiculous flying backheel control goal.

Didn’t realise he was so strong on the ball with a high work rate too though.

Sadly we probably can’t afford him at the moment.
 
He's definitely a great ball carrier which would come in handy for us at the #10 position, especially if we sell Rashford.

It is quite funny because if he did play for us (or one of the other big sides) he probably would’ve got done. Nobody in the media gives a feck enough about Wolves to make a big deal of it
