Didn’t he quit which is why they needed a new manager in the first place? Why would he go back?

Ive wanted Allegri since before Ole arrived so dont look at me like thatChrist lads it's only been ONE GAME. SAF definitely would have gotten sacked in his second season with you lot.
FOR feckS SAKES. Why can’t some of our dim supporters realize that this is a Woodward and club issue and not anything to do with Ole. He is a club man and trying to do the right things is and being failed by Woodward and the board.
Allegri is streets ahead of Ole, I presume that would be the point.Sacking Ole and appointing Allegri! Why? What's the point? The club has tried this and it hasn't worked. The club has to give a manager sometime and some proper finances to undo the.mistakes of the past. The did it to Van Gaal and to Mourinho they have to really think this one through before getting rid of Ole. Whoever takes the team forward has to be for the long term and they can't do to them what they have done to others and would be doing to Ole. If the club does get Ole the players he wants and he fails, Ok he deffo isn't good enough, but not giving him the player the squad needs then blaming him for failing is Wrong.
He's boring. If we got rid of Ole, I would want a manager with more exciting football than Allegri.Allegri is streets ahead of Ole, I presume that would be the point.

I see 3-5 pts hereDo you really think we will win against Brighton ? After that its Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton.
Yes but Allegri would fail like Ole and Van Gaal and Jose if the board continues in the transfer market as they have. You can bring in Klopp or Pep but if they're stuck with the same squad and not given the players THEY want to strengthen the squad the change in fortune will be minimal.Allegri is streets ahead of Ole, I presume that would be the point.

Holy shit i didnt realize how brutal our initial run of games is. Seems like everything s ripe for a total collapse. But im trying to stay optimistic that are players are likely to do well in the big games like last season.Do you really think we will win against Brighton ? Whilst I fully appreciate that Woodward is the bigger problem, he isn't the only problem.
Ole has short comings inspite of Woodward, not because of him.
Ask yourself this question, and answer it honestly:
Would any of Liv, City, Chel, Spurs and Arsenal appoint Ole as permanent manager tomorrow were they to have a vacancy and he was available?

Chelsea has already appointed Lampard, without any big achievements, Arsenal with Arteta. And Liverpool could potentially appoint Gerrard if Klopp leaves the team in good condition.Ask yourself this question, and answer it honestly:

Arteta impressed me more so far with his work in Arsenal. The cultural and mentality issue in arsenal are not easy to deal with. He earned himself a promotion from head coach to manager in a year. Top 6 this year would be good with the resource he has. On the other side Lampard and OGS need to make top 4 with the resources they have.Chelsea has already appointed Lampard, without any big achievements, Arsenal with Arteta. If the support system surrounding the manager is excellent, then it can work well.

I don't think this is really true. Woodward and the board have been plenty willing to spend lots and lots of money on players the manager has wanted. The bigger issues are that (a) Woodward has no meaningful football knowledge whatsoever and seems uninterested in hiring DoF, so that level of the club cannot provide a true footballing direction and therefore (b) you need to basically concentrate the football decision making with a strong manager with a good grasp on current trends in the game and a very strong sense of the football he wants to play and the qualities players will need to play that football at each position.
I'm not sure that Allegri is the answer but I am pretty sure Ole isn't either.
I am sure at least 2 new players will join MU next week.the resources OGS has been given this summer is not tantamount to top 4 if you ask me.
we should not expect top 4 because we got it last year.
We have a manager. He got us 3rd place and some brilliant results in his first full season. He got to 3 semi finals. Get behind him.
And they won't be enough. Sadly United fans have no patience anymore. Allegri, Poch doesn't matter. They'll be sacked after 2 seasons like every other manager before ole.I am sure at least 2 new players will join MU next week.

Then why even want Ole out in the first place? If Ole is ever sacked, I want a more exciting manager or there is no point in sacking him. There is no reason to prefer Allegri over more exciting managers out there.Transfer management has been too shambolic to expect any exciting football.
