That's correct, and there's no purchase option in the deal, either. Is it a loan deal till end of season?
Options are not quality enough. None of those players offer the skill set of Martial in the middle. Only greenwood is technical enough for the position but we play him on the right. If the manager chooses to play greenwood as striker then I’m fine letting Martial go but I doubt he will.
We can’t keep experimenting at this stage of the season.
And that’s the issue we’ve had with the last 3 managers.I'm happy it's a loan so the new manager can decide if he's needed.
Have a feeling both ETH and Poch would want him.
You know he’s coming back in 5 months right? Thanks for the memories. Superb in that first full Ole season, a bright spark under LVG and what could've been under Mourinho. Such a great talent and really feel we wasted something here. One of my favourite post-Fergie United players for sure.
Oh damn!! Hope he does well and they would want to buy him and we would want to sell him and he would agree to cut down his salary and all those things..That's correct, and there's no purchase option in the deal, either.
Take a wage cut? Sevilla just stumped up the cash, he wasn’t going anywhere on a wage cutGood news. He wanted out. Fair play to him to take wage cut to go there. We need to move out a few more and hopefully get that defensive midfielder we so badly need.

It’s a loan. He hasn’t been sold. Could do great things for him and if he wins the league with them he way maybe they’ll push for a move but also he could come back here on form. Thanks for the memories. I am 100% sure he's played his last game for United. You know he’s coming back in 5 months right?

I would like that also but I don’t think he’s going to set the world alight and I don’t think his salary plus transfer fee at the end of the season will have clubs clamouring for himI am 100% sure he's played his last game for United.
They’re never going to pay the fee we’d want and his wages. This is 6 months for him to get game time, remind everyone how good he is and get form after his injury so the bigger fish come calling in the summer. It’s a loan. He hasn’t been sold. No one’s got the money bar Barcelona this window it seems, and they’ve robbed a bank for theirsWhat good are these loan deals.
Joke, he should be gone permanently.
Reports are Martial took a pay cut. Sevilla to pay the balance.Take a wage cut? Sevilla just stumped up the cash, he wasn’t going anywhere on a wage cut
No one wants himJoke, he should be gone permanently.
Why are we loaning him & not just selling him & be done with it?
When Fergie was the manager 99% of his loans were youth players looking for their first taste of first team action not players aged 25+ who've played for UTD's first team over 100 times like Lingard & Martial, just sell them already & use the money to get better players in & if nobody wants to buy them just keep them as a squad player in the hope they might produce the goods in the final few months of the season, the other week we had 2 goalies on the bench & no strikers.
This isn't the stock market. In order to sell, someone needs to willing to buy.Why are we loaning him & not just selling him & be done with it?

Almost every club in Europe's unwilling to spend money in January. They'd all rather wait for the rest of the cash to arrive in the summer or only start spending when they sell one or more players. Sevilla isn't even one of the richer clubs in Europe, so they wouldn't be willing to purchase any first-team player let alone Martial. Why are we loaning him & not just selling him & be done with it?

There's news that he's lowered his wage for the time he's on loan.Take a wage cut? Sevilla just stumped up the cash, he wasn’t going anywhere on a wage cut
