He is almost unsellable. For most clubs, having the right mentality would be a prerequisite to signing someone.
However silky his touch is, he is a lazy bum and literally every other club knows it.
Best case scenario is another club agreeing to pay most of his wages while we pay a small chunk for him to be elsewhere.

She did a live tick tok or Instagram thing where someone asked if he was injured and she no, it was a lie, he was fine. Whether she actually knows or whether he was telling her he was heading to training and going out to do something else is a different story however, but yeah she said that.
Cavani knows he is leaving in the summer, Ralf just wants him until then. He has said he will stay.
He has a work ethic that Martial will never have so no its not Ralf's fault, Martial is throwing his toys out.
Also, if Cavani left, we would not have to pay his wages, which we do with Martial.

Well we're on the same page in regards to wanting what's best for United, and I would have loved nothing more than him to kick on from the good season he had to cement himself as our number 1 forward but he's regressed so badly that the good season now looks like a purple patch and below par performances are his average.
Ronaldo has definitely unsettled the team, you look at the second leading goal scorers behind him and it's Greenwood, Bruno on 5 and Rashford on 3. Martial hasn't scored a goal at home in over a year now... if we disregard injuries and suspensions he really hasn't done enough the times he's played to nail down any sort of position. I sided with him over the Mourinho row but I thought there might have been something in it, then Solskjaer comes out and pretty much name drops him and says he want's a striker that's willing to break his nose for a goal, which echo's what Jose was saying about him in a more diplomatic way. Since then we've chased 30+ year old forwards because the club believe they're an upgrade on Martial.
I'm sure somewhere in all that he's been unfairly treated or dropped in favour for someone else unfairly, but this is a results business and we can't keep hoping Martial turns up, we're still not sure what his best position is. He needed to start turning up consistently a few seasons ago but in the last couple of seasons it genuinely looks like his nose is out of joint that he has competition for the ST position at a club like Manchester United.
The club might be better with a firing on all cylinders Martial but we're absolutely better off with the Martial we currently have. At this point I think the damage is done and it's best for all parties to just call it a day.

If I am to be literal, this is a slight on the club as well, considering that we 'scrambled for him' when he was one of the hottest teenagers in world football at the time only for him to have become this irrelevant. Usually hot foreign talents prefer Spain or Italy and I was pleased that we had managed to get Depay, Martial and later Di Maria.
I like the fact that out club is grounded and will not offer special treatment to the foreign talents like other clubs do, but also, I am not surprised that players like Halaand or Mbappe would never come to us, and why we needed 350K per week to even attract Sancho who is a British lad.
My observations:
- This has become the most publicized loan, and only because it is not in the club's interest as the manager has politely put it, usually our loans are quick.
- The market is only good for buyers, so the club feels like Martial would be a steal (yes even with his salary, as this can be absorbed in addons).
- The club does not want to sell or loan Martial even if the player wants to go for a loan.
- The club will only consider a transaction on the player once we have a new manager.
- No one wants to be responsible for selling an owner's favourite only for them to go shine elsewhere.
- He is the only player the interim manager has not publicly convinced to stay, and Ralf likely finds him off-putting since he is like an owner's pet.
My position:
1. We should support all our players.
2. The season is gone, let's focus on young players - loan and sell whoever needs game time elsewhere, and give it to the kids. Any player who wants to stay including CR7 should be on rotation. Play Mason, Rashy, Amad, Elanga, Shoretire and other kids from the academy now and let them have their identity without having to worry about older players giving them an attitude. The idea of loaning out Amad while keeping Cavani and Mata is just myopic!
