It seems that he's solely invested in going to Barca who might string us along until the end of the deadline and maybe make some half-assed loan move if their finances allow. He also seems to have had other opportunities, like Como, West Ham, Saudi, which he's not taken. This obviously makes things more difficult for the club to make moves in the January market and yet he was the one to publicly open this avenue. So frustrating.
