Anybody got any stats on his distance travelled per game against people that play a similar position?
Wait you expect them to give us Davies AND £30m? Any team that buys Rashford now is taking a serious punt.If Bayern have interest this Jan we could see if they’d entertain offers for A. Davies as part of the same deal.
£60m for Rashford
£30m for Davies
Would be a good outcome for the “books” for both parties, with Bayern not losing an asset for nothing and us getting a more inflated value on a pure profit player.
You do realize that Bayern has games in the first half of 2025 for which they need a LB, don’t you?If Bayern have interest this Jan we could see if they’d entertain offers for A. Davies as part of the same deal.

I’m sure there’s LB you can pinch from another Bundesliga rival for peanutsYou do realize that Bayern has games in the first half of 2025 for which they need a LB, don’t you?

I think the most likely outcome is that he goes on loan with us paying a % potentiallyMLS or Saudi will be the only options for Rashford.
No way Ratcliffe is going to sanction him going out on loan and us paying a big chunk of his wages. Nor will we give him a large pay off to go.
He will have to cut his salary and expectations or get his head out of his arse and knuckle down and put some effort back in and get playing again.
Fine, we’ll throw in Malacia as part of the deal. You do realize that Bayern has games in the first half of 2025 for which they need a LB, don’t you?
25% is the usually reported cut, so (if £300k is his correct “usual” salary) he’s probably on £225k base this season.Do we know how much our players earn if we aren’t in the CL? I seem to recall 20% less?
Let’s assume he earns £320k including CL bonuses, so he is currently on around £250k which isn’t too bad if we somehow make up some of the difference his new club is willing to pay?
That's not to bad, most top 4 clubs in europe can easily match that, and i think the club too will be ok to partly compensate the difference. I'm getting increasingly excited to finally see the back of him.25% is the usually reported cut, so (if £300k is his correct “usual” salary) he’s probably on £225k base this season.
Sure but they can afford to but how is Rashford or Bruno going to get into the top 3 sides in the big leagues in Europe? Not in England. Not in Spain. PSG maybe. Not in Germany. Italy is skint. That's not to bad, most top 4 clubs in europe can easily match that, and i think the club too will be ok to partly compensate the difference. According to Opta, of the 17 outfield players to have completed more than 500 minutes for United this season, Rashford's distance covered per 90mins is joint lowest - with Harry Maguire - on 9.7km
"For me, personally". Really?
Classic redundant wording. Up there with starting a sentence with ‘I mean’ without having said anything beforehand or the person asking them what they meant.

According to the chart here on the BBC, last season it was 9.7 km per 90 (they are quoting Opta). Which is the same amount as Harry Maguire:-
Does that matter? You’ve got evidence that he did a very similar amount of running compared to Antony, who is apparently a very hardworking winger.Anything comparing him to other teams players in a similar position?
