Shame we’re aren’t more like Brighton
Or anything from TalkSPORT in general, preferablyCan we all agree to just ban anything Troy Deeney says from being posted.

It's not just Aubameyang he will need to get rid of thoughIf it’s true that Amorim wants intensity from his players he should do what Arteta did with Aubameyang at Arsenal and send a message to the dressing room.
Best case it works and he thrives
Worst case it doesn’t work and he sods off.
I would be surprised if he's here come next season. He's so anti Amorim player. Time to move on and for him to kick on in a second string club or maybe he can do a Sterling and try for top6..
No, worst case is it doesn't work out, but Amorim keeps playing him there in the hope that he will "play himself into form".
Who would have seen Osimhen in Turkey, lad looked like he had a pick of clubs to go to until he didn't and had to choose Turkey. If he doesn't work hard and fails we should drop him, take his number away next summer and throw him out of the first team. You will be surprised what cuts or leagues he agrees to when he is persona non grata.I'm sure there are a lot of decent PL clubs who would buy Marcus for a reasonable price, and would fancy their chances of getting a tune from him. But no one is going to match the wages he's on here, and I doubt he'll voluntarily take a wage cut.
People keep mentioning PSG but I think that ship has sailed. They're stupid but they're not THAT stupid, they can see his form and stats have fallen off a cliff for 18 months.
The Saudis would probably love to have a high profile player like Marcus in their league regardless of form, and would probably match or better what he's on here, but the lad mightn't want to move to Saudi Arabia!
McTominay said: “I don’t read the newspapers or social media. That’s something I stay well away from. There’s no reason for me to pay attention to that.“
Also Rodri made an active decision to not use Social Media@afrocentricity
Proof that there’s an easy fix for a footballer when negativity he reads online might affect his focus and form. From an interviewer with McT in today’s Times.

But he likes it. 'If youre with me good, if you doubt me...even better'Different mindset. Besides, pointing to social media and "doubters" is all he really has left in terms of excuses.
The obvious difference with Rashford for me, is that he is vested into his own brand and to maintain that requires consistent presence on social media. It's just such an obvious thing to do. For any footballer. And if you're someone who's already feeling persecuted then it's an absolute no-brainer. I reckon McT got more than his fair share of shit from idiots online, which must have influenced his decision.
Maybe some struggle with it as they end up imagining worse things being said? I do agree it seems bloody obvious to just cut out the noise, but there must be a reason why some don't.It's just such an obvious thing to do. For any footballer. I dont know if he reads his own instagram to be fair, I thought it was outsourced to a management company.
Less related but I did wonder recently how Beckham would have milked the current platforms available if he were a rising star today
I think he doesSurely he can get someone to do that for him? There's no need for him to personally log on and wade through all the bile.
He's not wrong though. He us talking about the issue with 'potential' for a 27 year oldTroy Deeney of all people, ban talksport.
Also Rodri made an active decision to not use Social Media
And Rashford does the complete opposite with his social media and PR campaign, can only digest positive comments but couldn’t handle any criticism.
Newcastle away last season was Mainoo's first away game, Rashford was diabolical and taken off on 60 minsHe's not wrong though. He us talking about the issue with 'potential' for a 27 year old
Also Rashford is a horrible example to young players. I know we all have to pretend Garnacho is also 27 because shitting on him is a favourite thing that's reached for when defending Rashford, but he isn't. Mainoo is another one who is being set a horrible example by Rashford's attitudes on and off the pitch.
Rashford should be a leader in that dressing room, setting the example, helping the younger players improve. These young players aren't seeing someone who needs to play particularly well or work particularly hard to keep his place in the team. We're kidding ourselves if we think the examples this guy is setting aren't having a wider corrosive impact. Not just on young players.
Don't we all know this? I don't even use social media. But here we are....@afrocentricity

I don't even think the effects are fully understood, I try to keep my kids away from it...I steer well clear of social media, too. It really is so, so toxic. I feel sorry for the younger generation who probably feel they have to engage with it.
He says that but his actions show the opposite. Ronaldo for instance is a true example of someone who raises their game to combat criticism. Rashford is clearly negatively affected by it and we shouldn't make time for such players with a victim mentality. But he likes it. 'If youre with me good, if you doubt me...even better'
Why is he off attending New York Nicks games? He should be at Carrington training with the new manager
International break. Cas was also there
Amorim only starts to work with the players on monday due to permission, if I'm not wrong. The fact they are swanning off out there after such a poor start to the season rather than staying at the training ground to work with the new manager and get themselves ready for his first game shows a poor attitude.

They also should never leave the Manchester area without redcafe permission.... What a shamblesThey still should be on the training ground instead of travelling to watch other sports abroad

They were rewarded the same off days as everyone else not on international duty. How THEY choose to spend it is their prerrogative. As long as they aren't breaking the law.Do you really think players who havent played as poorly as Rashford has and not well enough to get called up for their National Teams should be rewarded with a holiday abroad in the middle of the season?
