Yep. It’s awful. Takes away Rashfords biggest quality. That's a Ten Hag structural thing, not a Rashford thing.
I can't stand it.

Actually thought he was one of the few trying to scoreNight of wayward passes, running into dead ends, shooting off players legs. Pretty typical display from him these days
Disagree completely , just handcuffed by a brain dead managerLooks like he can be arsed again which is the absolute bare minimum
Lacking quality
You mean you don't like sitting your two wingers 50 yards away from goal while Dalot and Eriksen makes runs through the middle for speculative Harry Maguire balls to try and find? That's not a good tactic?Yep. It’s awful. Takes away Rashfords biggest quality.
It worries me that some people thought he was decent tonight. He wasn’t terrible but it was just, well, very average.
I suppose our expectations are so low with him, tonight could look like a decent performance.
Are we talking about Rashford or the team generally here?Night of wayward passes, running into dead ends, shooting off players legs. Pretty typical display from him these days
That’s fair. He did look to have that acceleration we’ve not seen for a while.I just appreciated that he looked sharper and more explosive running with the ball. Because at the beginning of the year that looked completely out of his game.
Its not quite obviously since Garnacho is far more dangerous playing the same position and Rashford did the same thing under OleThat's a Ten Hag structural thing, not a Rashford thing.

It quite obviously is, please check your eyes next time. Garnacho just has the work rate of a demon so he’s able to constantly get up and down the pitch but the way our build up structure works relies on the wingers constantly staying wide while the fullbacks invert. Its not quite obviously since Garnacho is far more dangerous playing the same position and Rashford did the same thing under Ole
You should use your eyes. Whats wrong with wingers staying wide? Does that mean Rashford should not to make runs beyond his fullback and come deep to get the ball to switch play every time?It quite obviously is, please check your eyes next time. Yeah basically this.Terrible first half not much bettter 2nd but it was better and he actually started to do some work. Quite impressed with the sliding tackle he did and then that other one where he was basically last man. I say impressed but maybe more just in shock that he did such things when he seems to shy away from every challenge upfront.
How would he have contested it exactly ? He got dispossessed because he didn't see him and once VdV had the ball and started, there was no catching him.How he doesn’t even contest the ball with VDV is embarrassing for him. He could have stopped that first goal at source but had long since made his mind up to not even try to make a challenge. He carried on jogging ffs the way he was facing.
Didn’t see him!! Give overHow would he have contested it exactly ? He got dispossessed because he didn't see him and once VdV had the ball and started, there was no catching him.
It makes no sense to blame him for that
No, he kicked the ball first and Garnacho was in front of him, he was focused on him and VdV used that split second of inattention to disposses him cleanly. After that there was feck all Rashford could do cause VdV was gone. He could never have won the ball, VdV timed his intervention perfectlyDidn’t see him!! Give over
The reason he stops running is exactly because he can see VDV. He just doesn’t think he can win the ball.
He literally gave up. But it was there to be won…with perhaps some effort and commitment.
Absolute bottle job
He was getting pelters from the Stratford end. He should have accelerated, attempted to get a toe on the ball, and if not just stick his body in there and give away the free kick. Instead he just gave up shrugged and jogged behind VdV, which is sadly absolutely standard for him.No, he kicked the ball first and Garnacho was in front of him, he was focused on him and VdV used that split second of inattention to disposses him cleanly.
