I take it if he scores against Palace, that’s him broken Vardy’s consecutive goal record back in 15/16?

No, his 9 consecutive match goals are at home and include cup matches. His overall league run is only 4 consecutive games (last match he didn’t score was Fulham).

This is the Rashford we all want, a menace against oppo defenders, scores goals and works hard for his team.

The rashford now and the rashford for a year or maybe 2 before that are not the same player. He wasn't even trying before. I don't think you can be harsh on anyone that said its best for all parties to move on.

yes we can

I thought he should have done better with his 2 chances in the first half. When he took the ball past Ederson, the obvious option was to curl the ball past defender who was moving back towards the line, instead he hit a tame shot that was easy to block. The other chance, he took a poor touch, when he should have been looking to drive inside to create a better shooting opportunity for himself and leave open the possibility of the defender catching him from behind for a penalty.

Clearly he's a huge threat to opposing teams but doesn't always make the ideal choice. Glad he left the ball for Fernandes to score. Great that he scored the winner but that was all down to Garnacho surprising the defender.

Recovering from a stress fracture in his back and racial abuse because he wanted kids not to go hungry were probably more to do with it, rather than "he wasnt even trying." They are controlled by a joypad. They're humanbeings.

I predicted Antony would get 10 goals this season, is it fair to expect Rashford to hit 30-35 with this form he's in? I think he can do it provided he stays relatively injury free. He's in fantatsic form at the moment.

On 16 at the minute. Only half way through the season. He's got a good chance of hitting 30 if he can keep up his form.

Not one United fan wants rashford gone when he is playing football and looks interested.

massive massive difference.

he has dropped all the outside football stuff and got his head and body in the game. He is being COACHED properly and look at the difference it’s made. We had two seasons of him being way way below par and looking uninterested, of course fans have the right to think maybe he needs a change.

he has turned it around for himself and not one fan wants him gone now. He is unreal. No can’t believe about it.

Thank you because I was about to write something similar.

I can't stop watching that Goal.

The Old Trafford roar and the celebration of the players still give me goosebumps after watching it the 50. time

Absolutely, Rashford is currently one of the best left wingers in the world. I’m also not going to pretend he wasn’t largely shit for the 18 months prior to this season, I did want him gone, now I don’t. Fans’ opinions are allowed to change based on a player’s performance.

Anyone notice welbeck doing the rashford celebration  They exchanged words on Twitter aswell.

The goalscoring form Rashford has got himself into right now is unbelievable. He's scored in 7 consecutive games and van Nistelrooy has the record for United with 10. Not bad for a player who isn't a traditional centre forward.

This goal in the box and the goal against Wolves is making me increasingly consider if we should switch him into our striker/no. 9

Playing wonderful at the minute. In the early part of his career he seemed to built like weetabix with all the injuries. Let's hope we and he have luck

Probably wouldn't make the 2 runs where he should have scored from. He's just much more dangerous on the right.

Might be a better 9 than Martial though now.
