Man of the match last night. He should start Sunday.
Please tell me you're joking.Man of the match last night. He should start Sunday.
Loved his game, some excellent crosses and he is too confident.
One day he will score from those long range shots, which he is trying from past 6 years, then the world will end.
Please tell me you're joking.
He had a good game because it was EXTREMELY easy. They didn't even bother attacking. Why would I be joking?
Player had a good game and deserves a chance, especially since our first option is out. Isn't that how it works?

He had 1 defensive action to make all game, and he allowed his player to cut inside and put in a dangerous cross that they nearly scored from.
Rojo is a disaster defensively. Personally I don't even think he attacked that well either.
He was involved a lot purely due to the nature of Astana's defensive positioning, they allowed Dalot and Rojo all the time in the world.
Does that mean he should play the next premier league match? hell no. The last time he played a competitive match at LB (Valencia away) he was absolutely destroyed.
West Ham are no mugs, Yarmolenko or Anderson will tear him to pieces. Red card waiting to happen.
No. Incumbent has precedence until he plays a bad game. Young plays. Why would I be joking?

Same I thought he did alright. At least he got forward and supported the attack. I just think Shaw has stagnated quite a bit.I actually enjoyed Rojo last night, one of my bright spots.
Tenacious, and he at least attempted to attack and cause them problems unlik Shaw/Young. He also whipped in a couple of beastly crosses that put those two to shame.
You know what, I'd be slightly tempted to start him at West Ham over Young.

It's fun until he costs us point in a tight gameWhen he went in for a 50/50 at full steam ignoring the fact he could have got nailed And 60 seconds later he slides and if he makes a connection with the player its a straight red
He’s just a funny guy to watch.
I'm now leaning towards playing him tomorrow. He's no worse defensively than Young and offers a bit more going forward, his crosses midweek were really good at times. I don't see it as being a risky move, if it was Rojo or Shaw, yes I would play the latter but there's nothing between Young and Rojo.
He'd be hoofing the ball at every opportunity. He would also misplace important passes in front of our defence a lot due to his atrocious composure under pressure. He would see a lot of 50/50 duels in that position. Playing him there should practically be illegal.Probably not a great idea, but part of me wants to see him at DM. Would be a laugh at least.
Still believe Rojo has it all to become an accomplished DMC in the mould of a Casamiro. Has that tenacity that can leave him vulnerable atbtimes playing in the back line, but a trait which works very well in midfield, especially with our high pressing.
Can find a pass decently, monster in the air, brave as an ox and plays with pride and conviction.
Couldnt really say why he hasnt been given a chance there, obviously the staff see more than we do, but one of my fave personalities to play for us in recent times. True devil inside the lad.
