Manchester United vs. Wigan Athletic

We'll get the post-RvP era sorted out in due time.
You understand I mean, another Focal point than 'just' RVP, right? I was going to edit it in, but it was so obviously implied I didn't bother.

I'm not saying we need to buy Modric, but either a winger or a playmaker will need to step up for us to beat the Madrids, Bayerns, etc

Carson is playing in the goal where he made his big blunders against Croatia.

United should shoot on site, Kranjcar style.

Don't think we'll see januzaj today, was hoping he'd get a good run out.

Edit: never mind!

I think it mostly applies to going in at half time, and there often seems some truth to it.

Spurs 3 - United 5, United 2 - Chelsea 2 (FA cup last season), Arsenal 4 - Newcastle 4. Often when a team goes in x - 0 at half time something happens.

Sometimes.

Good to know. But I wonder if someone has actually backtested this hypothesis with a sufficiently large sample. My hunch, going out on a massive limb of course, is that the side that went up 2-0, at whatever point in the match, does go on to win the game most of the time. But I'd love to see the data to supports or refutes that.

Just put the ball out of play so he can come on.

Why are we booing yer man?

10% of the time it works everytime!
