Don't get me wrong I agree with you both. This isn't much of an accolade but he's the best second choice goalkeeper we've had in my time supporting United for over 30 years.

He's been with us a few years now and if he ever wanted to leave, I don't think anyone could begrudge him of that. Like I mentioned before he's lost his place for Argentina, they're not exactly blessed with great goalkeepers (Gazzaniga is alright and Caballero is too) with regular game time at another club he'd almost certainly win his spot back.

Well I can't disagree with that. If Romero wanted to leave I'd be happy for him if he went to a place he'd be a starter, he deserves as much. Absolutely fantastic rolemodel at the club. I hope he remains though.
