    Here's my tuppence worth:

    De Gea

    Bissaka - Lindelof - Matic - Shaw

    McTominay - Fred - Pogba

    Greenwood - Fernandes

    Cavani

Gonna be our strongest XI for match fitness towards the final , and whoever partners Lindelof will be our EL final CB.

If he plays a double pivot of McTominay & Fred i'll flip, have some cahunas Ole and just maybe be a tad bit risky, experiment maybe, just please no more McFred

    De Gea
    AWB - Bailly - Lindelof - Shaw
    Bruno- McTominay -Pogba
    Greenwood - Cavani - Rashford

Well after that big defeat to Liverpool on Thursday and Maguire still unavailable I just hope for a win. Predicted 2-1 but there may be more goals in it from both sides.

Think he'll go for something like this:

De Gea (since it's potentially his last OT game with a few fans there)

    AWB
    Lindleof
    Bailly
    Shaw

    Fred
    McTominay

    Rashford
    Bruno
    Pogba

    Cavani

Be great to see Tony Martial back. Be like a new signing

Not if he looks disinterested and half arsed like he did prior to his injury. He's now lost his place to Cavani so I wonder if it'll inspire him or he'll be even more half arsed.

We need to get the points to guarantee second place because it will give a bit extra money and the highest position since Jose’s attempt. Forget the Europa Cup, I doubt we will win that even with our strongest team. If it was available.
     seriously?

Yes, Villareal are massive favorites to win it, we have absolutely no chance. I am with you! Jesus christ was is even this opinion?

Wasn't sure where to post this....Hoping someone can answer.

If LFC get 4th place and Chelsea drop down to 5th........Then Chelsea go on to win the Champions league, would that mean LFC lose that 4th place position?

That only happens if the winner of both the CL and EL are from the same country and both finish outside the Top 4. CL winner and EL qualify, then first second and third in their league.

And you'd leave McTominay in the team?

For me it's a toss up between Pogba and Fred or Pogba and McTominay.

Fred's been giving away countless goals recently. McTominay has been going anonymous.

And of course Pogba is hit or miss in midfield. That said in European games he tends to be better at it.

So if you go Pogba and McT the plan is to bully them somewhat. With Pogba ensuring better quality in the ball.

If you go Pogba and Fred it's to aim for maximum control in the ball that we can get.

If you go Fred and McTominay then it's to try really sure up the back. But for me they have not been doing that at all the last two months.

So if I have to choose it's a toss up between option 1 and 2. With me leaning towards option 1 in the basis that I can think of 4-5 games in the past month or two that Fred has fecked up on the edge of his box leading to a goal.

    No perfect option.

    Play Tuanzebe with Lindelof.

Give Diallo and others more minutes.

Boring 1:0, no injuries, I'll take it in a heartbeat, Ole however will probably send full force and concede in 1st half to score 3/4 in 2nd.

De Gea to start, as it is potentially his last game at Old Trafford. Nice send off from the home fans.

Yes the Manchester evening news are reporting that DeGea will start tonight and a possibility this could be his last game in Old Trafford as a United player.

Fred should get dropped. Hes starting to really annoy me
Short term memory. He was a 1 man midfield through many points of the year.

Yes he messed up for the 3rd goal but he wasn't alone in that.

    Brilliant post.

I'd be happy if that was the cup final team (bar Maguire)
