From my perspective the ankle is still clearly an issue. Resting him is the best option as we don't expressly need him for the remaining league games.

We should be looking to be more progressive in midfield against Fulham, fair enough McFred against the leading sides but against bottom of the table sides we need to try other combinations out, VdB springs to mind. Why we can’t let him play more like Tielemans I don’t know, I’m sure he’d be able to given a run of games.

Also, not so much an issue today but when we play Rash on the right and Pogba on the left, why do they never switch every now and again so Rash can have some time on the left where’s he best. Do we ever let the wide forwrads switch sides anymore?
