    Probably easiest 11/11 this season. Seems Ole has finally found his best lineup.
     
    Got a feeling that we are about to crush them, but then again we tend to play shit against average teams so don't really know what to expect. Hopefully Bruno has his magic boots on tonight.

    The better team does not always win in football. A weird deflection, a silly mistake, or a stupid play can change a tie or a final. I'm hoping for a trophy but know in the big scheme of things an EL title is not that important. I would much rather finish 2nd comfortably this year and compete for real titles next year.
     
    The team is pretty much as expected. I probably would have played only one of Fred/McTominay and dropped Pogba back into the middle. This would have allowed Greenwood who's been playing very well to start on the right instead of Rashford who's less effective there.

    We should be winning this regardless, I just hope we don't choke like we have done at this stage too often recently.

    The Semi final against Sevilla last year was a perfect example of a robbery, we blew SO many chances to win the game.

    There's more to football than a league position.
     
    4 of Roma starting team tonight started against Cagliari at the weekend. Which highlights they have given up on the league and have full focus on this Europa league semi final.

    No real surprise with the United starting 11 tonight, DeGea back in as expected and Pogba, Cavani was rested at the weekend.
     
    Please play Pogba on the right and Rashford on the left. This is our best lineup IMO.

    You confirmed my point. The better team does not always win and another reason is not being able to put away chances on a given day. It happens and you move on. Again, I want to win but not winning does not mean that much about Ole, the team and club.

    Of course it means something. It means something when you add it up with all the other semi final losses and trophyless run we are on.

    It'll be twice as hard to win a trophy next year. This season is a brilliant chance. Top 4 wrapped and best team in the competition.

    The excuses made just don't cut it.

    And I'm Ole in but pretending that we don't need to be winning trophies regardless of the competition is just false.

    Hard to excuse something that hasn't happened.

    Also not exactly wrong to bring attention to the fact that cup upsets happen.
