Couldn't see this anywhere, thought it was worth posting, nice little interview and in English too.

I loved the "Yes I'm good and I will work hard" line. That's what we like to hear.
 
Yup, the video with the interview doesn't work anymore, can anyone reupload this? I've searched for it but every site seems to have hotlinked it from youtube.
