Brilliant! In that 6min clip Ralph Milne gave the ball away 3 times!! Even with Mal Donaghy Jim Leighton and a load of kids we still beat the Scousers (current Champions) and Brian Moore emphasised the fact that rising to SIXTH place in the League would be a major achievement for United....
...and we moan now!!

Strange to think about but I do actually miss those days. That win over Liverpool back then was akin to us winning the CL in May, that's how euphoric it was for us back then. Just like when we beat them by the same score in 1990-91 in the same comp, then beat Arsenal 6-2 eventually reaching Wembley but getting beat by Wednesday, although we beat Barcelona in the Cup Winners Cup the same season but finishing sixth, our existing lowest finish since 1991.
Winning the Cup Winners Cup was probbaly the happiest I've ever been with Unbited winning something as it meant so much and effetively started the ball rolling again for Manchester United as a footballing Superpower.........
