Manchester United Set to Sign ‘Next Cristiano Ronaldo’ For Just £3m!

 I'm in stitches, but no in all seriousness, that's his individual highlights not a promo of his best stuff.

I could find individual highlights on greats such as Ronaldinho looking poor, their every move is shown so it's the most objective way of judging a player's performance in a match.

I'm sure he doesn't play that shit in every game.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

City to steam in with a £50m bid in the eleventh hour. Offer £280k pw. Platini to ignore any FFP connotations

Wasn't Bebe supposed to be the next Cristiano Ronaldo?

Looks more like the next Gabriel Obertan.

Easily knocked off the ball and ducking out of physical contact.

With these players I think you take a chance on their technical ability and pace and just hope that they have a growth spurt, fill out and rise to the physical demands of English football. You just have to take a chance-sometimes it works as with Nani and other times you end up selling them like Obertan or Tosic.

He is actually one of Spain's brightest prospect at this age group.

"He's a young player with great potential. Real Madrid have made some efforts to try to sign him,"

Mourinho said this of him few days ago.

....and lose the ball every time. The best bit of that vid was the first 20 seconds when he was walkin around - atleast he didnt lose the ball. Actually he probably did - thats why he was walking around - he was lookin for the lost ball that he lost in a previous game. He even lost the ball in the warm-up & there wasnt anyone near him, in case he lost them too :lol::lol:

I'd say that bloke must have been a nightmare to take to the supermarket - fecker gettin lost every 5 mins. You'd need to chain the cnut to the trolley - then again he'd probaly lose the trolley with all the groceries too

What a loser :D

Funny

Maybe we'd be better off waiting for the Cristiano Ronaldo after this one?

Betis manager Pep Mel has told Marca that he advised @Alvaro_Vadillo, who #MUFC reportedly bid for, to learn English whilst out injured.

The new Ronaldo? From that video it looks like he's never crossed/passed/controlled a football in his life.

You're missing the point ....there were no feckin highlights, he's shit!

'Next Cristiano Ronaldo' Learns English in Preparation for Man Utd Move

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has told his scouts to keep a close eye on the progress of Real Betis winger Alvaro Vadilo who has drawn comparison to former Red Cristiano Ronaldo, and will be boosted by the knowledge that he is learning English.

The 17-year-old winger has already established himself as an important member of the Betis first team and was due to be watched by both Manchester United and AC Milan, according to Madrid newspaper Marca.

Unfortunately for the young midfielder he picked up a knee injury playing against Real Madrid at the weekend and will not learn until later today how long he will be on the sidelines.

Vadilla's agent has told his client to now begin learning English, in preparation for a potential switch to the Premier League.

"I advised him that he could use the months that he is out to learn English," Vadilla's agent Pepe Mel claimed.

"We are studying offers for him and there has been a concrete one recently from a foreign team. But if he is worth 4million euros today after playing 30 matches then, for example, he could be worth 12million euros and so on."

United have been keeping a close eye on the midfielder ever since he first appeared in the Betis B team and reportedly sent two scouts to watch him in action at the Bernabeu.

Ferguson has previously snapped up Ronaldo and Nani from Portugal and has managed to turn them into superstars and believes that Vadilo could be the next star winger.

Vadilo is the second youngest player ever to play in the Primera Division and is currently a member of the Spain Under-19 squad.

The video must be one of the most underwhelming videos ever made. If its made by his agent, he better need a new agent.

If he is under the radar now, its only because the radar must have fallen on his legs.

Seriously people need to get a bit of a grip. If its true United and Real Madrid among others are interested in him then he must have talent.

Now I've not seen the lad play but once again I feel I need to say that's not his best bits video or anything like it. Its his debut, as a 16 year old, in La Liga. Sure it was a piss poor debut but that doesn't mean he's shit, he's 17 and was starting for the first team before his injury.......

People really need to stop judging a 16/17 year old boy by the standards they'd expect of a 28 year old thats been running up and down the wing at the top level for 10 years. A then 16 year old playing in the top flight is amazing.

Based on fairly limited footage he looks to have good balance and ball control, decent pace and acceleration for his age. Obviously he needs to work on his understanding of the game and when and were to cross the football, but that comes with time. Looks a decent prospect at that price.

What - £3.00?

:lol::lol::lol: (one for each quid)

He was 16 playing in the top flight FFS

If he was the finished article he'd be a freak.
Looking at his technique over the video he looks a good prospect. One or two dodgy touches but overall his touch was good. He had good balance and dribbling skills. He seems a good height and has good pace and acceleration. What more do you want when judging potential

You need to reassess the standards you expect of a 16 year old talent playing against seasoned pros. Not everyone is Lionel Messi.

Didn't we snap Bebe up before the likes of Real Madrid could get him?

So yeah you're right he must be good.

His picture on Fifa is priceless. We need to sign that haircut. Havent seen him play, guess I'll keep an eye out next time I watch Betis
