Manchester United Kits 2019/20

Oh by the way, notice how nike are commemorating the 20th anniversary of their ball being used in the premier league by actually having the tribute ball 20 years later.

Nike ball first used in 1999/2000
Special ball being used 2019/2020

United’s treble winning kit 1998/1999
United 20 year special kit 2019/2020

Thick bastards running our club
We didn’t win the treble until May 1999 though, so last month was the 20th anniversary and the kit was released.

You don’t commemorate an event 19 years and 3 months after it.

Full away kit photo leaked:

That cant possibly be real

Maybe I’m missing something but it’s not that bad? It’s definitely not good, but the reactions are a bit over the top.

Well no but it was our treble winning season. We might’ve lifted the cups in May but they were won over the course of the 1998/1999 season, not in a month - and certainly nothing to do with 1999/2000.

I get what you’re saying though, that’s just how they seem to do things.

It's the colour of a washcloth after its been used to remove stains from a work surface. Or dirty undies.

It really is. Looks like your nans wallpaper from the 50s or something. Boring, horrid colour, crap pattern.

Have you seen the close-up pictures that shows the "pattern"? It's a disaster of a kit.

It's not great, but from afar, it doesn't look too awful.

Think the home kit is a beauty though.

I don't get it. For the club that is being run as a business corporation instead of a football club, you would think they would release production that sells. But just look at this shite, who is gonna buy that? Genuinely terrible.

Lots will buy it. They always do.

I can't see it being lots compared to previous years, it will surely be one of the least selling shirts we had in years. Our kits are usually quite average but this one is just ugly.

People say this every year. They'll sell around the same number as always, most buyers don't give a shit about the design.

Dave on the Caf knows better than adidas' marketing company.

Of course it would be the first time in history that some big company messes up the release of new product.

Is that kit supposed make our performances the second worst thing on the pitch?

Just seen AC Milan's third. Some of their fans are livid but compared to that cloth it looks fantastic. Somebody should show them ours.

Just got a free kit with the season ticket offer. Went for the home kit in long sleeve.

It really is a lovely shirt.

What is the point of that kit? Our traditional colours are Red, Black, White and Royal Blue. What the feck do pink and beige and the rest of the shit served up have to do with United?
I'm happy for a bit of variation away from those core colours every now and then. I like a bit of variation... But beige?! It's the least 'football' colour ever. The whole point of a kit is to be visible, not to look like 1980s wallpaper.

Is it a brown kit a subtle bit of trolling from Adidas about the standard of what we have produced since they came on board again.
