Yes, I am excited about new manager and coaches coming in, but I will defer judgement until I see that the manager is backed and we bring in at the very least 5 players this summer.

I'll get excited when I actually see signs of change, rather than proclaiming him the saviour and regurgitating the same grand proclamations fans on here made during the hirings of LVG, Mourinho, OGS and Ralf.
After seeing many false dawns over the last 9 years, I have no excitement. I think that there will be little change and ETH will be fired within 3 years (just like all previous managers).
I think the board will continue to call the shots and the manager is merely a head coach.
I think we will continue to see the likes of Maguire, Scott Mct, Fred, Rashford, etc, stink the place up.
I would love to be wrong and see us compete for the title in 3-4 years, under ETH, but after 9 years of the board calling the shots, I just don't see us going for the league title - top 4 is the board's target, which for me, isn't good enough. West Ham should be aiming for top 4. We should be aiming for top spot.

This is one of the main factors why I’m optimistic. We’ve not had a young, hungry, knowledgeable manager who has everything to prove. Ole and Moyes were losers from the get-go, whilst LvG and Jose were outdated, arrogant, stubborn managers who refused to move with the times and were very rigid in their way of thinking as they’d been there and won things with big clubs.
When I see some positive signs on the pitch, good football, results or signs of improvement, I will get positive, before that, nah.
