To be fair we have a virtually fully fit squad so should really be able to play two different sides and be competitive.
with the abandoned game and the SL fiasco - no one in the PL is going to do the club any favours.
FoxesTalk said:I think they rest tomorow v Roma.
Play full team v villa to get points in bag
Rest against us. To piss off fa
Full team v pool as fans will be livid if they went weak in this game
Seriously? I am sure most protesters were behaving as dignified as they could when entering Old Trafford unpermitted. However, ending up in fights with the police over ownership in football hardly goes as acceptable manners, no matter what moral goggles you put on. I would hope that most people frown upon violent actions over such an issue.
Yep, we’ll have to use the full squad to get through this period, couldn’t come at a worst time with the end of a super long season and before a cup final..Time for Bailly, James, Matic, Telles and maybe even VdB to step up. They need to show the manager they deserve more playing time for next season.
The team should prioritize the games against Villa and Pool. "Throwing" the game vs Leicester will be annoying, but at this stage we can't afford a big injury. Ole has to take pride out of the equation and focus on the big picture. The last two games of the league are very winnable and can secure second place if needed.
To the jokers now moaning about the fixture pile up. Well done, you fools.
if utd miss out on top 2 and EL final now, its down to those idiots inside OT.
Peaceful protesting is one thing, breaking and entering and criminal damage is another.
Fixture pile up now, is the result of the imbeciles on Sunday
No problem with that. We haven't been best toward english football last couple of weeks with withdrawn SuperLeague and cancelled game. We should be lucky not to have even worse punishment. Wich we actually deserve.
Exactly. A person can have disparate thoughts & emotions about the same event. We're to blame, but the schedule is still a joke. I can get arrested for smoking a joint, I'm to blame, but the law is still a joke.

I'm crying at how pathetic your post is.
That is I would be if I gave a toss about your short-sighted opinion on the matter.
This is exactly what I expected. We won’t mind dropping points to Leicester of all teams out of that run. They’re not catching us with their fixture list.Christ they know us well
OK, I used to participate in protests myself, anti-racism and anti-neonazism. I can understand the rush, but I don't think this is a cause worthy of attacking civil servants over. Rather a twat than a misguided brute.Still basking in the glow of a glorious day for Utds support, correct.

The reasons the game was abandoned apparently weren’t solely because of what happened outside the stadium.Did I condone violence?
From what I could see and according to the lads on Sky, those on the pitch didn't engage in violence. The clashes with police were outside the ground, so I'm not sure what your point is.
Well seen you’ll not be doing 4 matches in 8 days with comments like that.
Which was my point. I'm confused were you just adding on to what I was saying in agreement? I'm so used to every reply on this site being an argument haha.Exactly. A person can have disparate thoughts & emotions about the same event.
Gotcha.Which was my point. I'm confused were you just adding on to what I was saying in agreement? I'm so used to every reply on this site being an argument haha.
Players and our team don't deserve that. Our organisation do. So no complaining from my side. What?! The players and our team don't deserve anything of the sort.
Try and understand the following:
All calculated by the FA to make it easier for Liverpool to find us very tired and beat us, thus making it easier for them to grab the three points that they need so much.
Elementary Watson Elementary !!
Jesus, Chicken Little. We’re literally >99% to make top 4. West Ham have to run the gauntlet to reach 70 points. Liverpool ditto for 69. We are on 67 already.Villa is must win. Drop points and it could snowball into something precarious in just a few days.
Thats what the so called fans wanted, i guess.
Players and our team don't deserve that. Our organisation do. So no complaining from my side.
I don't think for a second that TheFA is doing the list to help Liveprool in this case.
We’ll get through it but it must come as very unwelcome to the players after the long season, remember we didn’t get much time off because of Covid last year. Could be doing without it tbh.Neither will any of our players. The great thing about being out of sight in the race for top four is we're free to rest players without worry.
The FA clearly didn't give much thought to the punishment process if this is the worst they can do.
Is it possible to support the team, criticize the ownets, not worry about punishments, applaud peaceful protest free of rampaging, not condone violent actions and damages, or am I totally out of line? The amount of people on here who are more worried about punishments than trying to force these parasites out baffles me.
You deserve the Glazers.
I'd rather finish 14th and have a chance at getting them to sell than finish 2nd and hope they will change theirs ways. They never will. The club is being bled dry. 1.4bn lost to interest and loan payments alone. It's criminal.
It's punishment to the players if anything, who had nothing to do with the protests. 3 league games in 5 games and would actually be dangerous if we didn't rotate.Just like someone could agree with the protests but realize that we did this to ourselves & are totally to blame for the upcoming schedule.
