Man Utd Put Ben Foster Up For Sale

The Mail is as reliable as the NOTW or Sun nowadays.

Foster looks like a monkey watching a car crash in that photo

Either that, or he's pushing a giant invisible sausage into his mouth.

Behrami?

feckin' hell. It's not gotten that bad yet, surely?

The selling Foster bit.. wtf about Behrami.. another bargain basement signing, I'd rather have diamante

Behrami is not a bad player to be fair. He's basically a Hagreaves except he's actually not injured sometimes.

The Mail has lost all credibility when they mentioned that Miranda will be brought in as a long term replacement for Vidic when he is only 2 years younger. Although, Miranda has 2 caps for Brazil and i have geniunely seen him once and he seems decent enough but no where near a level to be Vidic's replacement.

Interesting to see that Valon Behrami's name has popped up, about a month ago Gabriele Marcotti mentioned on his podcast that Behrami would have gone to United last summer had he not suffered the serious leg injury in March 2009 that kept him out for 7 months.

He is the best master league player you get in PES.

I don't really see the point of Behrami when we have Fletcher.

I think he's a very decent player though.

And it'd make absolutely no sense for Foster to suddenly be up for sale now, he'll either be put up for sale after doing something outrageously bad or he'll just not be pout up for sale and we'll wait to see if offers come in regardless.

Like for like replacement for Hargreaves? Maybe Fergie and the staff are losing faith in Hargreaves' recovery.

Agreed about Behrami being a good player though. He was probably West Ham's best player last season despite his injury. He's also very versatile, which is always a plus.

Isn't Behrami a right-sided player? And a pretty uninspiring one at that?

Poor journalism. Foster played against Barnsley as well.

West Ham need to sell people if Man Utd are trying to sign Behrami, they should play hardball and hold out for £600,000.

He's one of about 8 or 9 midfielders in the league who would improve our squad, mainly because Hargreaves almost never actually plays.

Is Behrami a goal keeper?
nah he's an average right midfield player - the swiss beckham (depsite beckham having more ability in his left testicle)

if we are going to sign players i hope we have more ambition than behrami who is another squad player

we could get more than 4 million for foster if we did sell

From who in the current market?

He's not a striker, so Man City won't break a bank on him.

I doubt that Ben had been placed on transfer list. On the other hand I won't be surprised if he place a transfer request.
