Maguire with Rashford’s pace or Rashford with Maguire’s mentality

Maguire with pace would be a better defender but still not world class in my opinion. He is too prone to making stupid errors from time to time. That being said he has been very good for us in the past few games.

Rashford's problem is mostly about decision making for me. Last season he was much better but this season he is constantly running into defenders. I don't think Maguire's mentality would be a huge upgrade on him as a player.

If you could give him Ronaldo's mentality and Messi's decision making that's a whole different story.
 
If maguire had rashfords pace I wouldn't play him in defence. He'd essentially be the striker lukaku wished he was
