In the right games he does more attacking than he has been doing lately. He still put in some good attacking passes and was getting into a sort of left-sided no10 position at times.Quietly brilliant again. But at the risk of asking too much of Luke, I’d like to see more in attack from him.
The Bournemouth match wasn’t a game where he was getting to the byline but he’s certainly done that in other games when circumstance has allowed.
Could be maturing somewhat and improving his decisions about how and when to get involved with the attack without exposing the defence too much. Let’s hope he doesn’t get too risk averse but it is a balancing act.
