Been looking forward to this for a long time. I loved the intro to series 3, excellent!
 
Also can't wait, this is an awesome series.
 
I cannot wait! shame only 8 eps will be shown bloody writer strike :mad: anyone know when the rest of s4 will be shown?

Yeah im afraid only eight have been filmed and the rest of the season so far hasn't even been written. ABC have confirmed they will show the first eight but so far havn't said when they will show the rest. Also incase you don't know S4 will be shown on 31st Jan in the USA (as it says in the trailer) No official UK date has been confirmed yet but it will most likely be around Feb 4th.....hopefully:D
 
Missed all of the third series. Thanks Virgin you cnut bubbles. Probably wont catch up though. Lost is starting to wear thin with me. My problem is that they never actually give any answers, they tend to go more with confusing the feck out of you. Might catch up and watch it, might not. Its a take it or leave it one for me i think. Not one that grabs me by the bollocks and makes me watch.
 
The ending of season 3 was absolutely brilliant,can't wait!!!

You should watch Season 3, it started to become much better then. I can't wait for season 4

if you dont mind spoilers i suggest going on darkufo.com its a great lost site with spoilers just type darkufo in google and its the 1st link or try lostpedia.com (the lost version of wikipedia)

also one of the main spoilers are who leaves and who doesn't:cool:
 
season 2 lost its way a bit (pardon the pun) till the last few eps, then season 3 was fantastic. Cant wait for season 4

ok fair doos but lostpedia doesnt have spoilers it only does when America has aired the ep before the UK because they review the ep etc but it should be spoiler free now and is a very usefull site as it has literaly everything you need to know about lost

personaly i dont see why they have decided to do 6 seasons (S6 ending in 2010) when they could easily fit it all into S4 and make S4 a realy long season which I and I assume every other LOST fan would enjoy more then having to wait 1 year for each season

I stopped watching it half way through season 3, it had just totally lost it in my opinion, something im allowed to have remember.

I can go in whatever thread i choose feckwit, this is a forum after all.
 
I'm dying for my fix of 'Lost'. So far, it's been the best television series that I've ever seen and I hope that it reaches a satisfyting conclusion soon.
 
Btw theyr'e only releasing 8 episodes because those gaytard writers are still protesting in America.

So its going to be another stop-start season which duly sucks. Still great that its going to come back on air though.

Already heard one spoiler :(, theres a clue in the trailer.

A brief summary and a few questions:

"Lost" had one of the greatest pilots of just about any show, but it was kind of disappointing for the next 10 episodes or so. That was the time when I almost gave up on it. A few nights later I decided to give it a try for the last time and guess what: from about Episode 14 till the end of S1, Lost is just fascinating. TV at its best. It had everything and I, for once, was delighted that I kept watching as I was rewarded for that.

Shortly after I finished watching S1, I switched of to season 2. Contrary to general opinion, I LOVED S2, maybe even more than S1. Until that last episode or so, which was just god awful and made me rethink and put the entire show in perspective.

The creators of this show make the unforgiven mistake of raising more questions while answering very few questions that were pending to be answered in the first place. That's my main complaint and I'm fairly dissapointed as for the first time, as a viewer, I feel I'm being treated by the creators as an idiot. They do have a sense of compelling storytelling and they can scare the shit out of you, but there's only so much one can take by being left out completely in the dark, particularly when they revert to using some bs excuse for episodes. Also the episodes Dave and SOS were embarrasing.

I will give season 3 a try soon, and I'll probably watch the fourth season when it comes out, and I hope they know that they've got to start giving away some answers, otherwise I'm done with it.

p.s. the other night, I had this dream I was on lost. Somehow, everybody seemed to think I was an agent and everybody came to me for protection. I seemed to have an edge over everybody else because I knew plenty about all of them, so I became their leader as I seemed to know everything. Sayid tried to undermine me, but since I knew everything about his past and present, he left terrified. Just as I began to train a unit and was thinking of making the island a private property in the future, my cell phone rang and woke me up.
