Lets not get carried away..

I am far from carried away. The same old problems (Defense that need to improve, lack of strength in depth etc) are still there and WE GOT TO IMPROVE THEM

Yet I am glad that we had improved.

Our players are fighting for every ball, and are communicating well with each other. We are acting as a team, winning the ball as a team and scoring as a team. The fighting spirit and the pride had returned at OT and that is what I wanted to see.

Even SAF seems to has finally fount the right track. The players are played (whenever possible) in their natural position, while his new tactics has fount space for the old quick counter attacks coming from the wings.

WELL DONE

What do you understand by "make or break"?</strong><hr></blockquote>

My personal feeling is that if we lose the next 2 games we will not win the League, so I feel that these are make or break games. Anyway we shouldn't settle for draws or loses. We have to beat Liverpool, 5 in a row is a disgrace, and we should be beating Arsenal at home after our perofrmance against them at OT last year.

That's your personal feeling. Mine is that even if we lose the next two games we are not out of the race for the title. This year the two teams above us and those below us are not strong enough for these two defeats to rule us out of the league in my opinion. We disagree, that's all. Fair enough?

You're right....we do think we'll be champions again.A loss on Dec 7th isn't the end of the world for us......but it could quite badly dent your chances if you are 9 pts behind and still to play us at Highbury .You might ,oddly, do us a favour should you beat the Scousers....it would put some daylight between us and them and we would still be 9 pts clear if we beat you.Though a draw at Anfield would suit me.After a run of (5?) defeats, however,I just feel it's time for the tide to turn...these things have a habit of going in cycles and you winning against the Scousers wouldn't surprise me at all.

So,all to play for :D

Absolutely! I hope we get 6 or at least 4 points out of the next 2 games if not then I hope your right. At the end of the day we all want the same thing ;)

Bring on the french foreign legion and the scouse shite then...

If we were to lose two and win one, I would pick Arsenal for the win.

Liverpool drop points, it's in their nature. I think we absolutely need to take a bite on Arsenal's advantage, let alone stop them from running away with 3 more points on top of us.

As for Depor, it would be my second pick so as to make it easier for us after the break (we will be racing for the league then).

I only care about Liverpool because they are Liverpool and because those points might be needed to beat Arsenal to the title.

If we lose our next two and Arsenal win their next game we'll be 12 points behind them and 11 behind Pool if they win their next game after ours as well. Without much doubt that'll be curtains as far as this year's PL is concerned.
With the new found confidence and provided SAF can continue to deploy his meagre defensive and midfield resources to best advantage in what will be the most difficult games so far, there's every reason to be optimistic.
