Let’s all laugh at quadruple

Let me be the first to admit. I get livid when people talk bad or have a laugh at my favorite team. I'm a giant baby in that aspect. No real reason or explanation.

So ... With that being said..........
:lol::):lol::):lol::):D:D:D:D:lol::lol::lol::lol:;):devil:

Lmaoooooooooooo

Pfff...!!!!:lol::wenger:

Man City and PSG...sister clubs :D

Their sheikh owners must be thinking to themselves feck this var nonsense, let's secede from UEFA and form our own little plastic champions league in Qatar :lol:

We can laugh all we want but that game yesterday the skill level of those teams, B Silva how the hell United where not in for him ill never know blow United away. i watched the whole game and fell asleep before half time watching United v Barca. Those teams are on another planet to United.

Yeah it's all very funny, but were now having to rely on Spurs or Ajax to beat Liverpool if they reach the final.

Difficult to laugh when we are so far behind City and Liverpool. These threads used to be fun when we were on top.

Doubt it will ever, god knows why the media keep spouting this shit every season.
The media, particularly Sky have a product to sell and the hyperbole regarding certain improbable events happening will continue.

I myself give such reporting and sensationalism a wide berth, I just wish the so called professions Sky employs would do the same.

When Utd won the treble an awful lot of luck took them to it, without VAR City would have been contesting the final.

Make no mistakes, City are a very good side but they haven't achieved the greatness yet that the media is eager to bestow upon them.

Yeah it's all very funny, but were now having to rely on Spurs or Ajax to beat Liverpool if they reach the final.

We'll worry about that later.
But at least the nightmare city v pool final is off the cards.
No prospect of city bettering our all time one off treble either

The moral high ground of some posters is predictable, but uneccesary.

Most United fans don't need to be educated on their clubs current standing. Since the dawn of competitive sports rivalries have been present and the failure of a rival is a secondary but sometimes satisfying concern. The particularly cruel failure of one who has cheated their way to the position and talked up winning 4 trophies for a long time is particularly enjoyable.

That joy can Co exist with an insight of our own position. So perhaps the moralising is better elsewhere.

This thread is for green smiley faces.

To the honerable gentleman above...here here!

Quadruple was never really a reality, and Pep was consistent in stating this.

Was a crazy game though. Awful defending from both teams... But some terrific finishing to take advantage of poor defending.

Before the next misery comes in trying to ruin everyones fun let me state.

We all know Utd right now are shit and have been shit for years. We get it, we know.

City have spent billions over a decade plus all geared towards winning the CL, and they're not even getting close. They went out tonight in spectacular hilarious style with the Sterling goal, Guardiola falling to his knees, the slow-mo shots of the City fans realising they're fecked. It was glorious.

Let us just enjoy this for feck sake.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Yay, Liverpool having a better chance of winning the damn thing. Hilarious.

They won the battle but lost the var

That was really looking like nightmare stuff. At least one horrible thing is now impossible, now hopefully pool lose some points, and Barca and Messi finish it all.

:D

Sir Alex forever laughs at City

They could very well end up with league cup and fa cup.

What an underwhelming season.

This is a thing of beauty. It's the little X through their goal tally that really caps it off. :lol::lol: Feck City.

After the disappointment of Tuesday night, Wednesday turned out to be a good day. They way they were denied was simply delicious. Goes some way towards making up for 2012.

We should look in our own backyard. Laughing at other's lack of success eventually bites you in the ass.

Cringe.

We’re the ones hoping they win the title instead of Liverpool.

I’ll laugh when there’s something to laugh about.

Seriously? Don't see the schadenfreude given our circumstances. Yes, it's City, but they're playing great football and their ambition levels are at least realistic. Not for me, thanks.

Because random football fans laughing at the failure of their rivals clearly has an impact on their own team's success on the pitch :p
There's no connection with the results on the pitch, I thinking more along the lines of "They will get us back with the laughs when we don't get top 4 and UCL".
