Busquets should be off. Ref bottled it. This ref is deciding the game.

Busquets and Parejo both did enough for two yellows; Mario Suárez did enough for a straight red but wasn't even booked I believe ?

Goal should've been disallowed, but it's a complete fck-up in terms of those recent offside law changes -- they're making it harder for refs by adding vagueries. I don't understand why they added the tweaks, it was completely unnecessary.

Biscuits is very close to being sent off. He should have been off already, but Valencia has had some really good counters which leaves Busquets isolated and chasing, which has led him to tug back players.

Agreed with all except Parejo, I didn't see his fouls. But Busquets and Mario Suarez for sure, and it was offside (but still a stupendously good finish with zero reaction time).

Tbh i haven't kept up with the tweaks so can't say much on it. :p But that shouldn't been allowed, it just looks unfair.

I have never understood the point of a player like Andre Gomes, even when he was at Valencia, he seemed like a generic player with so special skill whatsoever. He's been invisible in the first half.

Munir on for Montoya. So i guess now it will be 3 CBs or maybe Cancelo drops back. Lets see..

You're right, I've had a brainfart or something... don't think Parejo's even committed a foul even. Scratch that one.

Actually it's now so unclear I'm not even sure I know what's changed anymore  -- let's just say common sense dictates that should've always been adjudged as offside because of the player interfering with the GK's vision.

João Cancelo has the talent to become a top right back. Needs to understand the game better.

Nani is my all time favourite player and he still has a few years in him. Hopefully he goes to Italy in a few years.

Excellent team goal from Valencia. Munir equalises from a clever and measured Parejo pullback!

Valencia looking dangerous and this Barca defense is shaky as anything right now

That puts a couple of chances that City created against Barca into the context. Pep mastermind tactics, aye.

I like what I've seen so far from Abdennour, shades of Evra @ United 2008-12, although he's fatter. But he gives his all, jumps into challenges, last ditch tackles, aggressive.
