I didn’t say anything about a war. Just where bidding would start to attempt to acquire the player. And I will gladly eat crow if it’s anything near £60m. That’d be seen as so derisory. It’s likely to end that party’s interest until they come back with something worth entertaining.

It depends on whether it’s a chancer or a club who is being serious. £70m-£75m speculative punt, and around £90m-£100m from a serious party who know what they are dealing with in Napoli and are trying to actually get the job done.

He's an inferior profile to Rashford, and a somewhat similar profile to Garnacho. He would solve absolutely nothing for us other than fans getting giddy for a few months before they realize that Kvaratskhelia in this current, dysfunctional United team is nothing more than a 10 G/A per season winger, similar to what Rashford and Garnacho achieved this season.
We should focus on getting the best out of Rashford again and making sure Garnacho's development goes well in the next 2-3 years instead of £80m mistakes on players who don't propel our project forward long-term.
No left winger option would excite me other than Vinícius, Leao or Mathys Tel

You need a lot of money to even think about prising him away, especially now he’s gone to war with the club, so there’s not many who will even bother to throw their hat in the ring. Might be a straight state-owned club contest. City and PSG would welcome him with open arms, I think.

I think he is more of a Sancho type of player than a Rashford one. For that reason I don't think he suits our style of play (based on turnovers and speed as opposed to possession and intricacy). Also think he wouldn't suit Klopp's LFC style and I think Slot will replicate this. He'd be fantastic for Man City so let's hope Napoli dig their heels in!!
Pep will coach his risk taking out of his game and he'll become another winger who's game largely consists of cutting inside and doing 5 yard passes.
