Kanye's production leaves me disappointed nowadays. That Otis sampling was the laziest sample I've ever seen. He just looped it and put some drums on it, just like Puffy used to do back in the day

Puffy most certainly did produce, and most of it was shit, his real skill lied in having others produce his thoughts though. A bit like Goldie really, excellent producer, but his best work came when he had others doing it for him.
