Well it was his bitter post match stuff against City that reminded me about it, and seeing him harassing refs today when they drew a meaningless game, is bizarre.
He just can’t take it and needs to learn to control himself.
They won't get the century if that happens.
It would mean that we would keep the best home record in a PL season if you care about that sort of thing. (though really, who gives a shit)
Think it'll be a draw now, don't see Liverpool losing at home...and Chelsea's defence is crap
Liverpool will be utterly found out next season. They have been very good this season but there are so many things working in Liverpool's favor.
Their biggest challenger i.e.city has had a dip and also had to bear the injury of laporte who is as important as van dyk for liverpool.
All the other teams such as United spurs Chelsea arsenal etc wer undergoing major transitions and have had their own share of long term injuries to important players.
Liverpool simply put in the same team game in game out with a small tweek in central midfield most of the time. It's a big testament to their fitness however I doubt if the injury free run would continue. In case they get long term injury to salah and mane then that would cause them huge issues.
Another reason I feel there will be a dip is because liverpool have peeked last two season the dip will follow inevitably and the other teams are now on a forward trajectory which will make games against them not as easy as what they had in the past. If Klopp doesn't invest in few players and freashens up the squad I think teams will figure out liverpool
I remember Mourinho's Chelsea going through the same cycle where they won the league and capitulated next season because Jose wouldn't add to the squad.
The big five of pool salah mane arnold Robertson and vandyk all need to stay fit for the whole season , taken out two from that list and the balance is gone and not the same potency

Sadly they live so much in the past I believe they’ll enjoy this win so much they’ll be off the pace next season. one thing Fergie did was instantly move to next season, he’d buy new players, he’d keep them hungry. I just don’t see that here, they don’t seem all that fussed in strengthening, they’ve lost that intensity.

This. I also didn't expect them to lose the hunger this quickly. Klopp might think the season is finished, but he still has a job to do this season to keep the players motivated & hungrier. Can't complain if they lost it and be off pace next season, happy day for us.
Dont see it as a big deal to be honest. The majority of teams that win it early mail it in rest of the way. I remember Juventus had like 4 draws in a row after they pathetically won the title last year. One of those draws being against Torino who they usually beat without trying.

Blimey, I thought they had a liking for it from time to time etc but that's bordering on extraordinary.
The thing is though.. if you look at the bottom 6 teams there, and slightly more arbitrarily assess vaguely comparable teams (for what we might say is their ability on paper) , it rather looks like trying to play football isn't really working.
The 6 are all 20+ pts behind LFC. And Sheff Utd are far better off than say Villa and Bournemouth.
Can't isolate to 1 factor, but does seem like a bit of a theme.
I wonder if they will be doing a lap of honour with the trophy.
