Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Liverpool's next six fixtures include:

Plymouth (A) - FA Cup
Swansea (H) - PL
Southampton (H) - EFL
Chelsea (H) - PL
Hull (A) - PL
Spurs (H) - PL

Unlikely, but they could easily be out of two or three competitions they're in by the time the Spurs game comes around.

Compliment not complement .... and not one single Pool fan will be feeling 'relieved' after not only leading for a large part of the game but also having and fluffing two golden opportunities in the last 10 mins to win it.

Yawn, United had plenty more opportunities in the final moments and it was Liverpool with their backs to the wall in the final moments. Klopp is certainly relieved, it shows in his post match interview. It's the United fans for whom it feels a loss, Liverpool fans are very satisfied with the result. I guess you were watching a different game to the rest of us.

And we will rue the four clear chances we had to score too.

You came for a smash and grab, but didn't get it.

He was also very popular on here back when he was at Dortmund.

Likewise Mourinho was probably viewed quite favourful after his huge over achieving with Porto.

But that quickly changed once you became exposed to him on a weekly basis.

I can't believe some people would actually accuse us of playing negative today. There was only one team that wanted to score a goal and that was us.

They were playing kick and rush football with their entire talentless bunch just running heedlessly around and ruining the spectacle. We finished the game with only three defenders, six players in their box. Their bunch played like minnows today with small time approach of defending the lead they got from a very silly penalty.

We only have ourselves to blame for conceding but I am proud that we played them like we were the big team playing against a team that gives it their all because this might be their one big game this season.

I'm pretty sure there was a CL game you lost against Porto that made people's minds up about him early doors.

We did not know he was an annoying buffoon back then.

He really is isn't he. I think he knows his team can't keep this press up every game for the remainder of the season so each dropped point makes him reach higher levels of buffoonery! I fully expect an epic break down if some serious miscarriage of justice actually happens to them.

Am I imagining a 1-1 draw at WHL between Spurs and Liverpool?

Liverpool went 1-0 up and someone like Danny Rose made it 1-1.

Have you played them twice already then?
Oh your pool fans sorry lol. apologies.

Point is you really don't have much of an opinion about foreign coaches in other countries. Is Juventus, Fiorentina, Valencia, Sevilla, Schalke or Porto's current coaches a bunch of condascending bitter twats? Feck if I know, I don't even know who they are.

Likewise with Klopp, all we knew about him back then was that he had Dortmund playing great football. Now we are exposed to his nicotine stained teeth on a weekly basis though, and for me and a lot of other fans he quickly gets tiresome.

No surprise that the Scouse loves it though, this is the fanbase that made a Pope display for Rafa and rubbed one out to poems about him.

Thought we were decent today, just wish we could have finished one of our many chances. Can't believe how many people saying we were shit. Liverpool played like an under 10's team just running towards the ball most of the game. They created 2 chances all game and that was when we were really pushing.

Klopp claiming to be the better team is surely trying to distract from there complete lack of cutting edge/class.

Probably that's why we were the team doing all the attacking at the end of the game, trying to win it ? Must be.

These stats don't look like they bear out your theory: Total Shots : United 9 (3) - Liverpool 13 (4).

Why doesn't he do something about all these long balls and bus parking rather than bitch about them after the game?
He either isn't able to or his side can't stand up to it. Either way its 4 points dropped in the last 2 games with goals coming in the last 6 mins.
Seems like theyre starting to run out of steam as the game goes on
That's what I was thinking. Congratulations on identifying someone's tactic, how about trying to actually counter it?

And no surprise that Manchester United fans don't necessarily like him.

He's Liverpool's boss. He's a very good manager. He's doing well. United fans aren't supposed to like him.

Genuinely it's absolutely bewildering the amount of content this place gets about why Klopp is deranged or weird. He's neither. Not really. He's just a football manager who isn't liked because of who he managed. I'm pretty sure if he managed United then Liverpool fans wouldn't like him but United fans would.

It's football. It's a lie. (To paraphrase Rafa Benitez)

With Fellaini, Pogba and Zlatan I think youd be dumb not to play long balls. They did and theres nothing wrong with that. Why are you lot getting but hurt over what he said?

You dont think you played long balls? (As if theres something wrong with that, there isnt? Why is saying "They played long balls" seen as an insult nowadays?)

Just re capping on today's starting XI:

De Gea -> Mig
Valencia -> Arnold
Jones -> Lovren
Rojo -> Klavan
Damian <- Milner
Carrick -> Wijnaldum
Herrera -> Can
Pogba -> Henderson
Martial -> Firminho
Mickey -> Lallana
Ibrahimovic -> Origi

Jose -> Klopp

@Old Trafford

Finished 1-1 in a must win home game. Much head scratching no doubt.

Because certain deranged Opel Mocca promoting cnuts come out with stuff like "one team tried to play football, while the other team played long balls."

If you are such a shit hot coach then come up with a solution, and stop moaning.

Because he emphasised it by repeating it. Liverpool were playing plenty of long balls before the goal, and passed back to their keeper numerous times. I don't care what Klopp thinks personally, but it's hypocrisy and sour grapes on his part.

It's interesting you say that because the neutral posters that are supporters of Arsenal, Spurs, Bayern, Dortmund, AM etc etc on here seem to be in agreement with me (read back the last few pages if you're not sure) and only the United fans seem to think as you do. Wonder why.

How did you get to nearly 60k posts on here with the amount of wumming you do :lol:
The poor lad is very upset that despite the title being there for a number of teams, the failure specialist is failing once again.

Obviously United deserved to win because Liverpool were camped in their own box looking for counters while United had more of the clear chances?
Isn't that how it works post Red Monday?

Two of your shots on target were pea rollers.

The better opportunities were from united. I already listed them, but let's do it again.

Before you scored

Pogba shot wide when clean through and Zlatan had one on the roof of the net from the weak backpass.

After you scored we had Zlatan's free kick, Mikhi's saved shot, Martial missed the tap in, Rooney had one excellently saved when wrongly flagged offside (note, would not be included in our on target stats), Fellaini hit the bar and Zlatan scored.

So arguably seven good chances to your two (Firminho and Wijnaldum). You created nothing else if note and got a daft penalty to go ahead.
