Sounds like Chelsea are interested in Damm:

Mexican side Pachuca claim Chelsea have an interest in winger Jurgen Damm and say talks over the player's future will commence in due course.

Andres Fassi, the club's vice-president, has revealed the Premier League club have been tracking the progress of the Mexico-born right winger but revealed talks are yet to start.

Damm was previously linked with Manchester United, where he underwent a two-week trial in early 2013 when he was plying his trade with Estudiantes Tecos.

"Chelsea are the club interested, but we have to see how much they are interested, we can't go ahead of ourselves, we have to wait and see."

The 21-year-old holds Mexican/German dual nationality so would not need a work permit to complete a move and Fassi believes progress on a deal is imminent.

"Yes, there is interest but we have to see how much they are interested," Fassi told Medio Tiempo.

"In principle we have a sporting plan for Jurgen and we hope he stays, but if something comes up from abroad, we have to take it into account and if it's serious, we have to respond, we will have news in the next 48 hours."

Fassi confirmed the club interested is Jose Mourinho's Chelsea and claims representatives from Stamford Bridge could be in Mexico as soon as Thursday to open discussions.

"Chelsea are the club interested, but we have to see how much they are interested, we can't go ahead of ourselves, we have to wait and see," he added.

"When it comes to us, it's a matter of sporting project. We want him to stay and we will see how much Chelsea are interested.

"There is a belief they arrive in Mexico on Thursday to talk with us."

Had a break out season.

Played as a starter the majority of the season and his team made it to the final. I'm not sure he'd break into the first team at all - probably will go out on loan
 
Chelsea buy every young player they can to loan them. I think it would be the case with this guy.
