Hope this is true, I like him. Much more technically gifted than Garnacho, more suited to the AM role with Amad. Big talent. But what happened to him? He was so good before some injuries here and there.
He’s going to Ipswich , read the article . The headline is click bait

It suggests tapping specific markets such as Mali, Paraguay. Which may well be Vivell working on left field additions.

I dont think its a coincidence we are signing Leon and are linked to Enciso

I liked the look of Encisco in his first season, but this is a sad indictment of how far we have fallen, we are fighting relegation teams to loan a player that can't get into the Brighton team.

The club really needs something like a Gyorkeres signing to give us something to get excited about, because at the moment it's one negative after another with very little hope in sight.
Worth remembering Gyokeres couldn’t get into the Brighton first team either!

I mentioned on other threads that I wouldn’t mind us gambling on Enciso. Has bundles of energy and intensity and has potential to be a star. Combination of an injury struck season last year and slight change in system has left him on the outskirts of the 1st team but I think there’s a player there.

Will be interesting to see if he does well at Ipswich and gets his confidence back, as he could be great in Amorims system. Contract out in 2026, so could be available at a decent price in the summer.

What happened with him at Brighton? Last I remembered he was looking a good talent and getting plenty of games. Hadn't realised he had fallen out of favour. I would still take him in a heartbeat if he's cheap, as grim as it might seem to be after a player who can't get a game at Brighton.
A long injury happened. Has then since struggled to come back into the team, but he looked like a light version of Suarez when coming through (without the racism and cannibalism).

I’d take the chance on a loan with option to buy at a certain price if Garnacho leaves, but it’ll be hard for him to thrive here during this shit-show.

If not for injuries he would’ve been another big money sale for Brighton. He’s not come close to his form of before but it’s pretty impossible at Brighton now, they have so much competition for places.

Not against giving him a chance.

Partially injury. But also partly just their system and numbers.

Hurzeler usually seems to prefer more winger-ish wide players. And they have a lot of players who can play at #10, most obviously Pedro and Rutter (who they dropped £40m on).
Yet he's not playing Adingra who really impressed me last season - I'd happily take him too.
