Everything about him, he had Benfica and Sporting fans chanting for him to stay. Alienated key players like Quaresma and lost the dressing room while acting like he was a genius in the press conferences despite getting his tactics wrong very often.
He did a very good job with Spain's youth teams, did a very bad job with Porto and so far hasn't really done anything for Spain's national team... I have no idea how he's managed to get this job. Zidane completely fecked Madrid by leaving with such a short notice.
