Notice who WASN'T singing along in the video...Sanch-on!
In other news, is that the worst announcement video ever?

This reads as quite insecure. Him choosing Dortmund isn't giving us the finger. With the success other players have had moving to Dortmund, why wouldn't he go there? It's a great experience in a completely new environment, at a club where he knows he'll get playing time no matter what. Is the same sort of path to the first team available with Pogba and Bruno in our midfield?Yet another young player showing Ole and United the finger.
I agree to an extent, but Dortmund's midfield options are just as packed as ours. This reads as quite insecure. Him choosing Dortmund isn't giving us the finger. Fans need to understand that players are human beings, and its not our god-given right to have every talented British youngster. I hope he has a great time at Dortmund and has a chance to develop at a good pace.
Announcement video was crap though.
I’d imagine it’s mostly because we’ve had an influx of German/Dortmund posters join during the Sancho and Bellingham ‘sagas’ and act like absolute tits. Why people are "mean" towards him and Dortmund?? He picked a top team that is famous for playing youngsters and not objecting selling them. How many teams do that? Maybe us, Arsenal and, to a lesser extent now, Barca. A team that also appreciates their players' effort and welcomes them back (Kagawa, Hummels, Goetze etc). It is a good career move for him. And he is surely not a coward. He is 17 and moved to another country in a really competitive environment. Just because Dortmund provides a great framework for youngsters it doesn't mean that he will walk into their team or that he wont have to try. Perhaps, that was what Janujaj was thinking and he failed.
Also, from my understanding he could have stopped playing for Birmingham 20 days ago. He didn't despite having already agreed in a transfer, so that is another sign that he has a right attitude, making his Dortmund transfer even more logical.
He probably puts milk in the cup before before the tea.Imagine choosing Dortmund ahead of United
I bet he's the type who says "Literally" when he means "Figuratively" and who walks his cat
Or just wanted more money
Probably the money thing
Definitely says “could care less”Imagine choosing Dortmund ahead of United

They had quite a few wingers when they bought Sancho. I don't think it's unreasonable for a young player to think they're more likely to get chances at Dortmund than most other clubs.I agree to an extent, but Dortmund's midfield options are just as packed as ours.

Guess we don't have the pulling power anymore.
Guess we don't have the pulling power anymore.
Nope.
Both United and Dortmund have exciting projects in place and a history in developing kids. Sure it might be slightly more difficult to break into United's CM then Dortmund's. However let's be real here. Pogba will probably leave at one point, McT and Fred are hardly WC and Matic won't last forever. There are already vacancies that needs to be filled at this very moment let alone in 2-3 years time when Jude's body is strong enough to afford playing regular football.
But that's not all. United have
a- the home advantage (players tend to prefer staying in the country if they can)
b- we're the bigger club
c- we're the richer club
d- the players we develop tend to remain WC once they leave the Bundesliga. Beckham, Ronaldo and Pogba had turned out to be among the highest earners in football and had been a huge success everywhere they went. Can't say the same with Dortmund though. Kagawa, Mkhitaryan and Dembele had failed big time with the likes of Aubameyang being more of an exception rather then the rule.
So on one hand you've got Manchester United, the richest club in the world whose shitting very promising talent such as Greenwood, Rashford, Martial (ok he's not our kid but we developed him) and Pogba while still giving duds like JLings a job. On the other hand you've got Dortmund aka Bayern's doormat whose got as much chances of winning the league as I have to beat the crap of a group made up of Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, Tyson Fury and Khabib Nurmagomedov while having my hands tied.
So no we shouldn't have lost this deal. As usual someone has messed it up.
Lets look at these one at a time:Nope.

This./The treatment of Rashford, Martial and Pogba should be setting alarm bells off in the minds of every young player looking to move here.
You just don't know if the club will back you when the managers we hire will throw you under the bus, to protect themselves. The fanbase certainly won't, and will be the first jump on the abuse train.
