£7m for a quality centre back is indeed a steal.
Evans is nowhere near a quality centre back though.

That’s exactly the kind of thinking the agent is relying on to get his £4m..I personally think while you can rely on CBs to play to their mid-30s, Evans has regressed, so not sure if you’d be getting a quality CB.

Evans is a good quality CB for mid-table PL clubs. So, if 7 million is the price that is a bargain.

Surprised there weren't more in for him at that price. He's better than what Arsenal have there. Could be a decent back-up at Spurs, especially if we get our targets. Chelsea have cut back spending a lot, so they would have made sense too.
