Does Potter have a say in who he wants and does not want in his squad with all these signings?

Must be with a view to a permanent transfer, otherwise why would the Chelsea project be appealing for this next few months just?
A permanent transfer would be mad - Havertz, Nkunku and Felix who all basically play best in the same position.Must be with a view to a permanent transfer, otherwise why would the Chelsea project be appealing for this next few months just?
Surely Chelsea must be close to breaking some FFP rules

Nah, they have made this into a 8-year loan so they are good
Not that what I think means anything at all because I'm just a moron who got covid in October and shat himself on the sofaNow this one is over I wonder if we need to look at some loan cover for Bruno/Eriksen
Yeah. You'd surely have to think there's some sort of handshake agreement (at least) that he'll join permanently if they get into the top 4. But if it ends up £11m just for a few months, they don't get into Europe anyway and he joins another club in the Summer, it's going to seem weird.11m for 4 month loan is insane. Chelsea are absolutely bonkers right now.
He only had a choice of Arsenal and United offered the same money to Atletico, weird phrasing from Ornstein.
Chelsea will genuinely have like 5 high profile attackers who aren’t quite no.10s, aren’t quite no.9s, and aren’t quite conventional wingersWhat an awful fit.
Also why do Chelsea always sign Atletico players
Don't worry, we're signing the Dutch Peter Crouch
