He gave us some good moments but mostly mediocrity, wasn't good enough for the club and should have left years ago.

Goodbye and good luck for the future Jesse.

Wonder if beeb will report it as "30M worth United player Lingard leaves for free"

450k per week cleared off the wage bill in one day. No thank you from me in terms of Lingard (or Pogba) - he undid that magnificent FA Cup final goal with his attitude last season. His brother, his Instagram posts, the leaks as exposed by Scholes etc etc.
23 Million a year

As poorly as things ended for him, he came through the youth ranks and scored an extra time winner in the FA Cup final and that’s what I hope we can remember him for after the sour grapes are smashed.

Did Matic get one after his announcement a few weeks back?

My ocd is liking these departure tweets today for some reason.

Why did Pogba get a much warmer goodbye? “Once a red always a red” etc

And Jesse got future endeavoured
I guess cause for all his faults we are still inclined to be linked to the very marketable Paul Pogba, whereas I'm not sure Jesse has the quite the same pull.

Cavani,Matic and Mata will make it 850k a week.

If only his West Ham loan had been made permanent as part of a deal for Rice, everyone could have been happy. As it is, his return was just an (inexplicably expensive) waste of time

If we manage to get Martial and Jones out too then I will finally believe change is coming.

We have taken a step in the right direction today

Waiting for all the journalists to big him up thus confirming their insider.

Woodward cost us twenty-five million or so...Bye JLingz, won't really be missed, but thanks for the dances.
