First of all this is to the admin/mods and then Jasonrh only I know the mods here work for free. That I do admire. However...
This is the role of the mod:

I would like to ask when you hired Jasonrh - at what moment did it become apparent he was particularly helpful or knowledgeable? Can you point out some topic? All I see is a net 'personality'. Jasonrh, I will let him off his knowledge as i'm not that cruel .I'm interested in seeing how he is particularly helpful.....
I've had one or two run ins with this 'mod' before of which i've not started. This won't be a flaming thread - I'm going to point out a fact. How you deal with this is up to you.

First of all, Jasonrh is slabberesque and we all know what happened to him, and what has happened to jason..
I openly invite jasonrh to post my pms in this thread which are what he based this 'threat' on. I openly invite the other mods to view what I sent. I was not banned for the reasons specified. EVERYONE is in their right to question a mod when that mod is abusing their powers. I ask Jasonrh to post my pms. If he will not I Will and I invite the mods to view the pms I sent him.

If you see my pms I was more then reasonable. The 'threat' was simple. I told him if he doesn't start acting like a mod I will request his removal but I would even just take an apology.
He abused me in the javier thread which subsequently got deleted, he's abused me before but I will ignore that. The javier thread got deleted.
He abused me in the old berbatov thread. I pointed out to sam he was wrong because he didn't read what I said.

this is Jasonrh's idea of 'being helpful' - it's also his idea of defusing the situation....
The role of the mod, correct me if i'm wrong is to protect all. it's also to have no prejudice. Sultan later in this thread did it right. he told two people, anymore and you'll BOTH be banned.
Jasonrh showed a prejudice against me. I pmed him BECAUSE I did not want to argue on the board anymore. Jasonrh mocked me, banned me ...all because I point out i've modded before
Jasonrh said he banned me because I threatened a mod. I threatened his position because it is obvious he is not up to the role. Everyone is entitled to question a mod if that mod abuses the trust shown in him.
This is what Jasonrh posted just under that first post.

YOU caused the sitation by insulting me in the thread. Which is why I pmed you. If you read my pms I said yes i'll put into question your position as a mod but I was fair. I told YOU that if your fair with everyone I'll be fine but you just laughed. I said if you protect one you have to protect all. It went over his head
The real reason Jasonrh you banned me is you don't like me, which you may
as well admit and IF you don't like me then I want an apology or I ask that
your position as a mod be reviewed/taken away. You have a responsibility wheither you like it or not
Jasonrh, we're going to talk here and infront of everyone because YOU are not going to pull that crap again. As mods you have to be consistant.
It's a good wind up. I can tell a good mod and Jasonrh is the worst mod I have every come across on ANY site. At no point did he warn me. At no point did he ban me from the transfer forum. He banned me from the sitebecause he don't like me it's that simple and when i log in I get called more names - like his behaviour is ever acceptable. Come now
There are TWO mods that are a liability but Jasonrh is by far the worst. If you let a mod do what jasonrh does then you will get laughed at.
How can people stay on this site when your not all playing the game fair? Give me one reason why I shouldn't say Jasonrh would be a good reason for an abortion when he said that too me in the deleted javier thread?

The on topic berbatov thread. I'm asking you Jasonrh..at what point was this thread ever on the topic? Why is there off topic discussion going on. I know you people do it for free but if i'm getting hastle from a mod...because he don't like me then I don't think it's fair. i think clearly Jasonrh should not be a mod OR at the very least he should apoligise. It shows emotional growth
