I’ve watched Sancho quite closely and the thought of him has my blood rushing! He is the real deal and we are so damn lucky the global circumstances mean we are the only ones in for him!

Honestly mate, we can not afford to let this go to next summer. There will be a shed load of clubs wanting him even if they have to pay over the odds with him having one year left on his contract.

No signing is ever a guarantee but some players are game changers which you just have to gamble on. I honestly don’t think he is a gamble though.

It's along the lines of Rooney back in 2004. English wonderkid, with obvious star potential. Has to be up there for our most exciting signings if it happens.

It's hard to believe anyone at the club briefs Jamie Jackson since he's rarely right about anything. But maybe there's another journalist there who's reliable.
